I believe that if you're going to hold the container for any length of time they have the best rate. They definitely did not nickel-and-dime me and were very generous about start and stop times Etc. They dropped off the container quickly, it was in great condition, and they picked it up exactly when I asked them to. I've hired containers from a few companies and for sure this was the best experience so far. I'm very happy with the customer service and will be using green monster for all my future container needs, thanks!

Hired Igor this fall to repair some weathered clapboard siding and rotting wood on our home. It was…read morea pretty challenging repair as the damaged siding was high up (2-story colonial) near the peak of the house, over our garage. His communication was great--letting us know each day when he would arrive/leave, he worked long hours, was very talented in what he did, and IMHO did exceptional work. We were very happy. In our particular case, the final cost was a bit higher than the original estimate, however, it was completely understandable and I had no qualms what-so-ever (and I typically am not so easy in that department) He spent several days meticulously stripping/prepping the siding--doing the job right. He was highly reliable, seemed like a good guy, and I would highly recommend him.

I had an issue with a ceiling fixture in my home. I'm pretty handy but I knew right away this was…read morebeyond my skills. I used an online home services site to search for an electrician and Chair City Electric was the first company listed and they had a 5-star rating. Good start. Within minutes of submitting my request, Hugo from Chair City called me. I explained the issue and he said he could be at my house within 30 minutes. Within minutes of reviewing the fixture, he knew exactly what was wrong and offered two alternatives to fixing it: one would take less time (if it was feasible) and therefore would be less expensive; the second option was more complicated and although it would cost more, it would likely be more successful. We decided the second option would be best. After a couple of hours of working in the stifling heat of the attic and in the bedroom below, Hugo had the problem fixed. He patched the ceiling as needed and thoroughly cleaned the room. He even vacuumed the floor AND the tarp that was covering the bed. He also used a hardwood floor cleaner to clean any debris from the ceiling that was on the floor. Hugo was personable, courteous, professional, and showed me once again why it's good to call someone who knows what they're doing rather than try to fix it myself. Highly recommend Chair City Electric.

In a day where many contractors are low-life thieves, Steve is knowledgeable, professional and a good soul. I needed someone to demolish a one-car garage in Vernon Vermont. During prep work, I needed a propane tank and heater de-installed. The propane guy did not show up, so Steve and his helper did it with knowledge and professionalism.
