Container arrived on time and was placed exactly where I need it. I received a phone call asking if I needed a pickup which I didn't need yet, because it was bigger than what I needed. Then the Friday before last I got home to find the container was gone I thought maybe my contactor called to remove it, so I call him, he said no and that he still needed it. So I checked my phone for messages and found that I received two calls. One stating that if I need a pick up to please call, so I assumed maybe they came to dump it for me, then I heard second message telling me if I didn't call by 5 they were taking the container. Being 5:15 on Memorial weekend I didn't call back thinking they would be closed for the weekend. I was very busy Tuesday and forgot to call so on Wednesday I messaged them that the contract stated only if I called would the container be picked up and asked how could they fix this. No reply to my email.No call and no email. customer service isn't important to them. I was charged $5 a day after the ten days I had it for a month due to contractor scheduling issues. I would say by how I, a paying customer was treated, if they can make more money off of someone else kiss your container good bye. They didn't reply to a private email maybe this will get reply.
