I was told "destruction" charges were for "destroying the box and the contents", and in addition there would be a "shredding" charge. Once you have destroyed the box AND the contents, what is left to shred?? Once you retrieve files from them and decide not to send them back, they charge an exorbitant "permanent removal fee" for basically making a notation in their computer system that the box is no longer their responsibility. Their delivery prices DOUBLED this year. I am so happy to finally have all our records back so we never have to deal with them again.

I asked her if he could call me when he gets in and she tells me to write on a piece of paper my name and phone number. Which I did I gave it to her. This was on Saturday 2/7/26 and as of today 2/9/26 no has called? If you buy a computer from Office Depot, don't expect to get any help if your computer goes down, better to shop at Best Buy or Apple at less they have a counter that if you talk to them them can suggest or help you with your computer problem!
