Spicy beef ramen was good. Very generous with the beef rib. I would say it tasted more fusion/Chinese than Japanese. I like the appetizers and Thai milk tea. it wasn't busy late Friday night.

Nice environment, good ramen. They have this fun wall of gifts that they give out on your first visit to the restaurant. Very nice service. We'll come again.

This place was so great! Ordered a Boba Tea and received a cute bracelet and keychain with it as a surprise compartment on the bottom of the cup. Food was delicious. Service was top notch. At the end of the meal we also received a scratcher which gave us an additional surprise from a wall full of gifts. The whole experience was exciting. I will be back!

There are claw machines at the front and back and sketchbooks with colored pencils on every table so you can draw while waiting for your food. The service is friendly - you order at the front counter and get a buzzer that buzzes when your food is ready at the pickup counter. The boba drinks are good. They have a decent selection of milk teas and fruit drinks as well as toppings. The boba pearls are done right, freshly made so they are soft and chewy like they're supposed to be. Once I ordered popping boba on accident (honey boba on the menu) thinking it was regular boba sweetened with honey and did not like it. They graciously switched it out with regular boba for me which I truly appreciated. My one recommendation would be to adjust the sweetness level if you prefer lighter drinks. The last time I visited I forgot to ask and it was a bit on the sweet side for me. I've also ordered poke and teriyaki bowls from them before and it was ok. The food was fine, it just didn't stand out to me. I usually come here for the drinks but would give the food another try given the good service and atmosphere. They have ramen, rice bowls, and appetizers like chicken karaage and kimchi fries. Overall I'd recommend Gung Ho as a solid hangout spot that's centrally located with good drinks and plenty of food options.

Food is great, so if you have time to spare a bit, it's worth it, especially when ordering happy hour. The servers tend to be less chatty and friendly, but still professional. The environment is fun. We also ordered the tempura sweet potato fries, which had way too much breading and really didn't taste like tempura. One person in our group ordered a gin and tonic and could barely taste any gin in the drink. Our server was friendly, but unfortunately didn't seem very knowledgeable about the happy hour menu or the drink selections, which made ordering a little frustrating. Overall, the food, drinks and experience just didn't meet our expectations. There are too many other good options in Tulsa, so unfortunately we won't be back.

Japanese food is my favorite cuisine next to Taiwanese food. This place was so terrible that I did not even have the heart to post pictures. FOOD: - I ordered their boli-burrito with a listed price of $13.95 and with tax came to about $15. $15 wasted. I literally threw most of it away which made me very upset because it is hard to earn money. - every other grain of rice was rock hard - you know it's bad when the soy sauce packets they provide isn't even real soy sauce or a well known brand - the tuna was a strange shade of red (not a fake bright red but a going bad red) - the so called snow crab stick is just a stick of imitation crab, it's the same imitation crab you find shredded up in a mayo crab salad - I do appreciate they did not load this up with a bunch of rice so it came out really small and thin - I appreciate that they did not just hand you the burrito but instead cut it in half and took the extra effort and extra change and placed it in a biodegradable small to go box - I appreciate the avocado was fresh and bright green SERVICE: - friendly - I'm guessing it's an Asian couple who runs the shop as I saw the female taking the order/money and the male making the dish AMBIENCE: - modern decor - not very Japanese esque - felt like somewhere you will bring your date and less so a grab and go PARKING / LOCATION: - I don't understand why I intentionally park at the end of the lot and two cars decide to sandwich me anyways (I frequently eat and nap in my car...) when the entire parking lot was empty - lots of parking spaces - zero difficulties in finding a parking spot - this shop is located next to a pregnancy ultrasound place, children's clothes, and shoe store Please skip this store. There's an AYCE sushi in the same plaza...
