The dim sum carts seemed to be making more frequent rounds than what we were used to and the servers were locked in. We had a pretty large party and it felt like there was a never ending flow of food (and variety) the entire time. You do get the "typical" dim sum experience/ambiance of carts rolling around everywhere and servers asking you if you'd like to get anything, so it's a great experience to bring someone who hasn't had dim sum yet.
