I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for 10 years and have ordered from them throughout…read morethat time. They offer loyalty cards that provide a free meal after collecting 10 signatures. Yesterday, I brought in two completed cards to redeem the free lunches I had earned. Instead of simply honoring the promotion or politely asking questions, I was accused of forging signatures on the cards. The staff aggressively challenged me and treated me as though I was attempting to scam them, despite the fact that I have been a paying customer for years and received those signatures directly from their business. Being publicly accused of dishonesty over a loyalty program was embarrassing, insulting, and completely unnecessary. If there were concerns about the cards, there were professional ways to address it. The way I was treated showed a lack of respect for a long-time customer. I left feeling off guard, frustrated and disappointed. After supporting this restaurant for so many years, I never expected to be treated this way over a loyalty card

One place we ordered from prepared our fried rice from parboiled rice... horrible! We kept searching and saw this place had great reviews. We ordered boneless spare ribs, pork fried rice, general tso chicken, and shrimp & broccoli. Everything was perfect! Super tasty and didn't even add any soy sauce to my food. I think this place is better than our usual spots back in NY. The service is also great. The lady that took our order was super nice and quick. If you want good Chinese food this is your spot. - This is my Google Review from 10 months ago. We still order from here all the time and it hits every single time! When my family visits from Brooklyn they love the food. Always great customer service. The only con is that they don't deliver, but I do think they use UberEats.

But because I live so far away, we get on Skype and watch Netflix movies together on our separate tv's and eat dinner at the same time. I discovered that I could order him food on Grubhub during the middle of 2017. Because his favorite food is Chinese, we both looked through the options and found Golden Garden. He told me what he wanted, and I bought it from the comfort of my own home in my own state. His first comment was that the onion rings are AMAZING. He LOVES the chicken with broccoli combination platter and the wontons. Every combination platter he has tried from Golden Garden has been amazing. The food is GREAT. He recommends it 100% HOWEVER! The only reason this restaurant has received the rating as such, is because they are ALWAYS LATE WITH DELIVERY. Grubhub does it's best to estimate the amount of time it takes to create the order and deliver it, but the actual time it arrives is absolutely insane. If Grubhub says to expect the delivery at 3:00pm, plan on receiving the food at 3:45pm or closest 4pm. I have ordered from Golden Garden over a dozen times, and the delivery has ALWAYS been late. And while I will remain a customer for the rest of my life because I love my boyfriend, you may not want to order from here if you like receiving your food on time.
