Absolutely the worst place ever. We were at a hotel and they recommended this place. We ordered and they said 45 minutes delivery. No problem we were hungry but would wait At 1hr and 15 we called. Oh they are on the way. Ok it shouldn't be too much longer 20 minutes longer we called back. Still on the way. We asked they call the driver and see what was the hold up. FUCKING GOOD. Their fried rice is so delicious. I order Uber eats and I get it pretty fast and still hot;

The owner has terrible customer service. Believes he can talk to customers in any way shape or form. I ordered chicken wings and shrimp fried rice, could of sworn he said $5 over the phone and upon arrival. Gave him a $10 bill and only received $1 back. I said "wait I thought you said $5" he then started to insult my intelligence when he could of just showed me the menu. Never in my life have I paid $9 for some fried chicken & shrimp fried rice. Very rude. I received a brochure menu from this place and I thought I'd check it out, but once I called to place an order, they were very rude to me on the phone. I could barely get a word in for my order and the person I spoke to kept cutting me off and rushing me through my order. I asked if they deliver and they said yes and I live 10 minutes away they wouldn't even do that. I tried to continue my order but they hung up the phone on me. They are rude on the phone, the guy keeps hanging up the phone. He doesn't repeat the order and he puts in whatever he want. When you go back to tell the they have you the wrong order, they want you to pay again for the right order. They get mad an want to start arguing with you. I always order from them but this time I was beyond disgusted because they served me spoiled chicken. I could smell it instantly and then as soon as i tasted it, it had this a nasty aftertaste that turned my stomach. When I called, he did not apologize but said he would give me a free egg roll. I asked him to change out the spoiled chicken and refused and said he would give ONE free chicken wing and hung up. Very unpleasant experience with delivery. Was staying at a nearby hotel and called to order some food. The lady who picked up the phone was so incredibly rude and unhelpful. She was screaming into the phone, "WHAT? WHAT YOU WANT! WHAT WHAT?" I understand that maybe English isn't her forte but what was with the deafening screaming? It wasn't like her background was very noisy that she had to scream. Her impatience did not allow me to pleasantly convey my order to her. I found myself having to say things quickly and repeat because of her "WHAT? SOME MORE? WHAT? THEN?" impatient replies. After that phone ordeal was over, the food finally arrived. The delivery guy was pretty pleasant so no complaints there. What amazed me was the way they packaged the food. I ordered several different dishes and instead of packing them separately, everything was mashed into the same styrofoam box. (Which did I mention I had to spend 5 minutes removing staples from before I could open it?) The food was nothing but slightly below average. Scallops were mushy and tasted rubbery. Decent typical chinese take out restaurant in the area! They open until 12 am, so you can always count on late night delivery! The price is pretty cheap and the food is above average. Ignore the service they give you because, hey- all chinese take out places are like that. They don't always understand what you want and they want to take your order and get it to you within 10 minutes. DEFINITELY TRY THE FRIED DUMPLINGS! The sauce and the dumplings are to die for! I use to order delivery from this place frequently. Until recently receiving rude service from the individual answering the phone. They took down my credit card information incorrectly then insulted me then hung up on me. After I called back and insisted that the double check they had the correct card # etc. It was clear they took the information improperly. Instead of saying sorry and making up for their error, the man on the phone was still rude and unapologetic. This place is now on my never will go back to list. After working in the restaurant business myself for 7 years this type of service is unacceptable. I hope you have a better experience;-) read more

I had them deliver my food which was a credit card order. The driver parked in the driveway to have me sign and receive my food. I told him that he would have to hurry because the owner doesn't want anyone utilizing the driveway including myself. the driver got angry and took the food back. I told him to make sure that he refunds my money or else he would be hearing from the authorities. So if you don't own your house and the landlord does not want you to utilize the driveway don't have these people deliver your food. This was my first time ordering from this business and last time. It's not like it hurt me because he took the food back. This restaurant had horrible service. I called for delivery hadn't finished my order and the person who took orders just hung up. I called back to let him know I wasn't done plus he didn't give me a total and he had a nasty attitude. Lastly I called around 30 minutes after I placed my order, he stated he was on his way. He called back and said he was outside. I stood outside for almost ten minutes. I called back and stated I've been outside for almost ten minutes. I let him know you must be at the wrong house, he then repeated the wrong address and I gave him the right address. I waited another couple of minutes he called back and yelled that "I didn't speak English well". Meanwhile I've worked in education for almost 13 years. When he finally got to my house he repeated how I didn't speak English well and he never has a problem with orders. This is the second time I've had a problem with this restaurant and I have lived in town for many years. I warn anyone reading this don't order from them. Give your business to the other two Chinese restaurants in town. I will never order from them again. They are very rude and NASTY!! read more
