Appt was super easy to make at 5pm and we got someone to come out the next morning! They arrived within the estimated time frame and did a thorough inspection to find out what the issue was. There are a couple of things that need to be fixed or upgraded and he made sure to let my husband know but was not pushy at all! called multiple places on a Friday to fix a bathroom sink clog removal. They all either quoted ridiculous prices (over $120) or not so convenient scheduling, but not Honeydo Plumbing. The price was reasonable and they were able to schedule an appointment right away. Desi was the assigned plumber and he was professional, on time, and very quick! He found and solved the issue right away and gave an honest recommendation on another issue we were having. Appointment was easy to schedule. The worker showed up on time. He claimed he couldn't repair my water heater because the part he needed wasn't available until Monday (this was on a weekend). I called Honey Do about a clogged drain. Cole came out and found he couldn't run his snake down the drain because of a blockage. He then ran a camera down the drain and discovered the blockage was caused by rusting and corroding cast iron sewer pipes. My Spanish Colonial Revival house is over 100 years old so it made sense. Part of the problem pipe was under concrete but by using a special lining method he was able to avoid tearing up the concrete. He also discovered toilet leakage. It was a two day job, and Cole was very transparent about everything. He runs a great plumbing business and I definitely recommend it. read more

I have been told in the past that with a contractor you can get a job done quickly, at a good price, and maybe with good quality. You generally can get two out of three, but never all three. Leave it to HoneyDo Plumbing to prove me wrong! I found them on Yelp on a Saturday and they responded right away. My property in Long Beach had a slow moving drain, but it was not a plumbing emergency. I was able to set up a drain cleaning for Monday. Turns out that there was a bunch of hair in the drain and it was an easy fix! Once upon a time, disaster! No hot water. All of a sudden! With Christmas just days away, the timing was NOT within the scope of Christmas spirit. However, Cole came to our rescue! Cole came out 10am on Sunday morning for a main drain clog. After snaking both the cleanouts and busting the clog, he fed the camera down and showed exactly where the cast iron replacement is needed since our 50 year old drains are the main cause of the clog. The man worked for 3.5 hours and didn't even charge for his time, just gave a quote for the larger repair and called it a day. Absolutely impeccable service, a nice guy, and total 5 star service. Our dual master bathroom sinks were clogged. I called Honeydo plumbing because we got a flyer in the mail stating free estimates, same day service and had a drain cleaning special for residential homes. I called the office and a very cheerful, polite, and professional girl named Carol answered the phone, answered quickly a few of my questions and scheduled a same day appointment. The technician, Josh, showed up within 30 minutes of my call and was also polite, professional and friendly. He explained a few things to me and snaked the sink line to the sewer.
