They were directed to the right place, came to the door 15 minutes later saying they were finished. When she asked how they finished so quickly they said,"this machine sucks fast." They demanded cash and didn't want to give her a receipt, she demanded one. She got a call later from the owner stating,"my guys said you never paid them." She called another guy out and he told her that her line was clogged. I bet they didn't even try. We've learned a lot by talking to other people that used them, none of it good.D o use this company!!!!!!!! I wrote him a check. He gave me a receipt. I never saw him again. Of course I called several times, but suddenly his wife had health problems due to a "bad accident" and he had so many commitments on his time; however he never volunteered anything as crass as a refund. They pumped the first two tanks and came to the third. After a short time I was informed that there was not enough room on their truck to empty the third tank. The owner said it might be okay for a few weeks but that it would need pumped again and that they would charge me to come back. These tanks have been pumped regularly and this company has done them before not sure why they couldn't accommodate all of them or if not why they didn't stop after two and schedule coming back for third. I had the third tank pumped today and found at the bank had two lids and that the second section has not being pumped and that very little had been removed from either section when Georges pumped it.

After speaking with Kathy in the office, she refused to budge an inch on the price and told me "it is what it is" and had no concern for starting a long-term relationship with a service contract and beyond...
