I've been burned in the past, so I really wanted someone referred. After reading all the 5 star reviews and not one bad, I thought I would take a chance. Bruce answered. He was on a morning job but said he would finish by 11:45am and could be at my home by 12:30pm. My expectations were high after reading the reviews, which usually means I would likely be a little disappointed at best. Was I ever wrong! Bruce arrived early at 12:15pm. He introduced himself and said he would do some discovery work . I showed him the bathroom, and he went to work. I was thinking he would have to cut into the opposite wall, but after a little while, he found the problem. It was a bad valve that turned the water on. He did not have that specific valve in his truck, so he ran to the plumbers supply and got one. He got it installed, cleaned up, and wrote me an invoice for a very fair price. He checked the boxes mentioned in the reviews and exceeded my expectations. I have added Bruce to my contacts, and he is now my go-to plumber. He should be your also. He is the real deal. Fair, honest, and a great family man with a great heart and sense of humor. Like me, you will be glad you called him.

Dave came over the next day and we got service at a reasonable price. Dave not only fixed our problem but spent time helping us figure out how to prevent the issue from happening again. He took us step by step through the process and even explained that it's actually pretty normal to have some buildup in the pvc pipes from dripping water lines.
