He responded the same day, cleaned out our tank and then set about to fix the pump. He replaced the pump in a timely manner, ensured that we had the appropriately sized pump for our system (the failed pump was not the correct size for our discharge pipe and height to the leach field), replaced all the float switches including the alarm, ensured that the entire system was working correctly, and charged a fair price. Called to schedule cleaning of three septic tanks on our property. Quoted price of $350 per tank…read moreas long as we dug out lids which we did. They pumped the first two tanks and came to the third. After a short time I was informed that there was not enough room on their truck to empty the third tank. The owner said it might be okay for a few weeks but that it would need pumped again and that they would charge me to come back. These tanks have been pumped regularly and this company has done them before not sure why they couldn't accommodate all of them or if not why they didn't stop after two and schedule coming back for third. I had the third tank pumped today and found at the bank had two lids and that the second section has not being pumped and that very little had been removed from either section when Georges pumped it.
