They pumped the first two tanks and came to the third. After a short time I was informed that there was not enough room on their truck to empty the third tank. The owner said it might be okay for a few weeks but that it would need pumped again and that they would charge me to come back. These tanks have been pumped regularly and this company has done them before not sure why they couldn't accommodate all of them or if not why they didn't stop after two and schedule coming back for third. I had the third tank pumped today and found at the bank had two lids and that the second section has not being pumped and that very little had been removed from either section when Georges pumped it.

That was a costly mistake for our family. So far he has taken $700 for septic repair. You guessed it the septic doesn't work! First it took him 3 weeks to even come back and complete the job. Whatever band aid repair he did lasted 2 weeks and we are back to square 1.. with a "warranty". It's been twenty days since we have contacted him... he will be right out! Hasn't happened. Bad knee, broke down truck, sick, on the way. We have heard it all. Save your self the headache of dealing with this business and it's shady practices.

My company needed some of our work tanks emptied so I called Wayne a.k.a. the "Honey Dippin' Man" and set up an appointment for him to come out. They were two hours late but said it was because they got held up at another job so I unfortunately gave them the benefit of the doubt. A couple months later it was time to get our 2 tanks emptied again, so I made an appointment, the day came and no one showed up. I called and they said I had the wrong date, they were coming the next day, I agreed (even though I had it in my calendar and knew I was right). The next day no one showed up... "SHOCKER" (insert exaggerated voice). When I called I was told that they blew a tire and would not be able to make it out. I asked them to call me towards the end of the day so that we could set up an appointment for the next day. No call...no email...nothing. I tried calling them a few more times throughout the week but no one ever answered my calls or returned my voicemails. So if your looking for professional service I DO NOT RECOMMEND M & C SEPTIC!
