They were two hours late but said it was because they got held up at another job so I unfortunately gave them the benefit of the doubt. A couple months later it was time to get our 2 tanks emptied again, so I made an appointment, the day came and no one showed up. I called and they said I had the wrong date, they were coming the next day, I agreed (even though I had it in my calendar and knew I was right). The next day no one showed up... "SHOCKER" (insert exaggerated voice). When I called I was told that they blew a tire and would not be able to make it out. I asked them to call me towards the end of the day so that we could set up an appointment for the next day. No call...no email...nothing. I was renovating the property and asked him to assess any problems with the septic line. He was adamant that I needed repairs and improvements. We agreed upon a price for materials and labor. I wrote him a check. He gave me a receipt. I never saw him again. Of course I called several times, but suddenly his wife had health problems due to a "bad accident" and he had so many commitments on his time; however he never volunteered anything as crass as a refund. Although the service only took an hour and 10 minutes, they charged me for two hours and neglected to ever inform me that their service fee was an hourly rate of $195 and not a one time charge. After speaking with Kathy in the office, she refused to budge an inch on the price and told me "it is what it is" and had no concern for starting a long-term relationship with a service contract and beyond... Very poor management decision to turn down a long-term customer and price gouge me on the first visit. Terrible company management!
