He responded the same day, cleaned out our tank and then set about to fix the pump. He replaced the pump in a timely manner, ensured that we had the appropriately sized pump for our system (the failed pump was not the correct size for our discharge pipe and height to the leach field), replaced all the float switches including the alarm, ensured that the entire system was working correctly, and charged a fair price. I got Mr. Watters name from my son in law, and we called at 10:30 and they were here at 12:30. First they corrected the drain issue and then replaced the pipe, all in less than an hour. It was a father and son, both were friendly, and I thought extremely reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone with a problem.
