Our septic system pump burned out prematurely, and unknown to us, the high-water alarm had failed,…read moreso we had an immediate problem. Cole, of Water Logged Septics was recommended to us. He responded the same day, cleaned out our tank and then set about to fix the pump. He replaced the pump in a timely manner, ensured that we had the appropriately sized pump for our system (the failed pump was not the correct size for our discharge pipe and height to the leach field), replaced all the float switches including the alarm, ensured that the entire system was working correctly, and charged a fair price. I appreciate Cole's work ethic, knowledge, skill and experience, and will bring all my future septic system work to Water Logged Septics!

I've used this company for years and they've always been fair -- until now. I recently called them…read moreout for a clogged drain (which we know is clogged), and instead of just snaking it, they insisted on putting a camera down first -- starting at $850. When I questioned why we couldn't just unclog it first and only use the camera if needed, they flat-out refused. The tech got rude and ended up walking off the job. I'm not sure if this was just a bad apple or if things have changed at the company, but it really felt like I was about to be ripped off. I have no problem paying for necessary services, including a camera inspection if the problem persists. But charging $850 just to look before even trying to fix the obvious issue? That's just not right. Really disappointed, and I hope this isn't how they're doing business now.
