So far, 5 weeks after service, everything is good! The crew that did the work was kind, communicated what they did, what they found wrong, showed me the work and explained things well. Already recommended them to my neighbor. I had huge tree roots in my system, had to have distribution box replaced and they jetted leech lines. Thankful to not fear running water normally again. Excellent communication describing the service. Steve and Jared were assigned to job and showed up on time and were not only courteous but knew their business inside and out. We had an inspection on our house and they saw we were missing baffle and thought slow draining, we called SepTeK they were out quickly, cleaned out tank which was needed, replaced baffle, put in new D box, cleaned the lines. They showed us step by step, took pictures for home buyers and did as little damage to the yard as possible. We were very happy with them. read more
