My husband's hot link sandwich was delicious, the meat was sumptuous and flavorful. Finally the sides were surprisingly just as good if not even better than the BBQ! The collard greens were made perfectly, so hard to find a place that does it right and coaxes out such delicious flavors. The beans were by far the star though, I've never had better at any establishment in the country. There's some sort of ground meat and a little bit of spicy BBQ flavor that make these so irresistible. While we waited for the replacement, we tried the fried pickles, but they were so overly salty they were almost inedible. We sent it back, and when the replacement meal for the dropped dish finally arrived, it was also undercooked and had to be sent back as well. The manager did come over and offered two vouchers for a free appetizer as an apology, which was appreciated, but it didn't make up for the overall experience. Between the long wait, multiple food issues, and concerns about food safety, it completely took away from what was supposed to be a special occasion.
