My co-workers and I ordered about 8-10 pizzas to feed about 20 people. Every pizza, but two had hair..... HUMAN HAIR.... short, long, and pubic found in it. The delivery was on time, he showed up wearing cut off sleeves which is odd for food service. When I got back in from lunch majority of my co-workers did not eat anything. The horror. I just ordered the "Family Special" for delivery. Things I liked about the restaurant, they were courteous and quick to deliver. That is about all I can say that was good. The pizza was very salty, and just overall wasn't a fan. With the special we got to choose a side, and we picked mozzarella sticks, which you would anticipate would be crispy on the outside and gooey warm cheese on the inside. I LOVE pizza. GW's pizza's sauce is just a touch... I don't want to say 'bland' because that sounds negative... I guess 'under-seasoned' would be better...yes, the sauce is just a touch under-seasoned for my tastes. But everything about it is 100 % quality. I found it to be a good value, too. Two medium, 2-topping, pizzas for $21.53, including delivery to our hotel. And the delivery was fast, as well. Both the gentleman on the phone and the young man who delivered the pizza were as polite as can be. That's almost as important as the rest. First time trying this place, ordered a 2 medium 2 topping with bread stick special on a spring Sunday afternoon. first impression... it looks and tastes a lot like a pizza hut pizza, even the toppings, they werent as fresh as they could be. all seem to be previously frozen, the crust and bread has that chewy-ness to it, almost exactly like the texture you would get from a pizza-hut/poppa John's pizza. I am not 100% but if I were to take an educated guess, this is not fresh pizza, but previously frozen. I come from the north east, I've had my fair share of outstanding pizza. i didn't find that here. however, service was prompt, the employees were very friendly and polite. +1 star for that read more

If I could give no stars I would! Horrible customer service and cockroaches!!!!!! I called for an order for pick up and was told it would be ready in 20mins! Got there 10 mins late as I had to pick my son up from daycare to only be told that it was going to be another 10 mins! Then the guy quickly answered the phone! Irritated at this point I waited until he got off the phone and mentioned how it was poor customer service to say it would take 20 mins when in fact it would take 40. He proceeded to tell me how at the time it would have but right after I called they got swamped with orders for delivery so they had to make those first! I then commented how they don't make orders in which they were placed! At that point he just turned around and walked away! I then looked down and saw a huge dead cockroach on the floor in front of the register! I was pissed at this point and just looked up and informed the people in the back that I wanted my money back! When I asked why I said due to poor customer service and the fact that there was a huge dead cockroach on the floor right here! The little Asian lady behind the counter looked shocked and came around front saying that they had just sprayed around the outside of the building recently, as she'd pushing the dead cockroach towards the other side of the counter where customers can no longer see it! Gave my money back then left towards the back to go make more orders!! Gross!! (If you have ever been to Hawaii and seen the average size of the cockroaches, that was the size of this one, about 1.5-2 inches long) meaning it's been there awhile!! And when you see one there's always hundreds more! I will never eat here ever!! Sad part was this was the first time we were going to try this place out after hearing all the great reviews! Nope, I'm sure these people have only ever ordered for delivery without setting foot in the place!! Disgusting!!! We left and went to try out TK's pizza!!! read more

I read great reviews before I went here and maybe the pizza is good, but the wings and calzones are a joke. The wings were so small they might have been as big a toddlers pinky nail. The calzone was also extremely small for $9. The only reason I even gave it 2 stars was because the wings actually had decent flavor. I'm here for a school at Fort Leonard Wood and have been trying local places each weekend. I ordered the meat lovers, add Italian sausage, and cheese sticks on a Saturday night.
