Bottom line: the pizza was great and delivery was quick. We ordered the 20" supreme to feed three of us for dinner. It did more then that - it gave us lunch the next day! The veggies and cheese were fresh and the sausage had a ton of flavor. The crust could have been a little bit more crispier, but that's our only complaint due to personal preference. read more

I love G.W. Pizza, and the sauce is great with how the dough is made! (home made not previously frozen like Pizza Hut) I always order the 10 inch ham & pineapple for 4.50....the same size as a domino's medium but 10$ LESS! The toppings are a little scarce though, so I always order extra pineapple (.50 for an extra topping) I love the service, the prices and quality of this pizza joint! I would recommend to anyone! Consistent and reliably good! The crust is just right. In fact, the crust is downright ideal; buttery (but not overpoweringly so), a hint of garlic. Toppings a bit sparse, though. In a perfect world, the toppings would be more-plentiful, with a larger selection (different cheeses, maybe?). If you need delivery, order early. Service is good, though, and the drivers are very polite. Still, it's a favorite. read more

We ordered two 20 inch pepperoni pizzas. Overall taste was pretty good. It was only about 15 dollars or so per pizza. My only complaint is it was really greasy and poorly cut. Kids loved it. Customer service is pretty good, not rude, when we called in our to go order. Was ready in 15 mins! Will be back in the future. read more

We have been here 3 years now and used to order from here once a week. The prices were reasonable, the ingredients were fresh without grease, and the couple who ran the place were friendly. It was a good, tasty alternative to the national franchises.We hadn't been there a while so today we went in and a bunch of kids were working there, we got our usual and the dough tasted differently and not fresh. Tasted almost like store bought frozen pizza dough and it just was not good. Hopefully, this was an isolated incident and not a sign of a downward spiral for this place. read more

The pizza was good, but the service was lacking. Called to place a delivery order, and since this was our first time ordering, weren't sure what to get. Asked for recommendations, but the person on the phone couldn't recommend anything. "Everything is good." When we gave our address, the guy needed explanation on how to get here. We ended up ordering two large pizzas, which weren't very large at all. We got a buffalo chicken pizza instead of the BBQ chicken that we ordered. read more

These guys are absolute crooks me and my buddy ordered a 30 inch pizza meat lovers. I told the order taker I didn't want any sausage on the pizza. When our pizza arrived we had one slice a piece and immediately tasted the sausage when I called back the order taker and boss both told me it was my fault for not saying no sausage and no "Italian" sausage. Because apparently no sausage means I do want Italian sausage. After much talking they finally decided to remake the pizza when they brought it to us we brought the pizza they had messed up. They told us because we ate one slice we now had to pay for both pizzas. I am utterly outrage at this apparent act of thievery these people have no honor and will do anything to make a buck do not trust them, there pizza is pretty bland anyway. read more

Recently stayed at the Candlewood Suites on base. We attempted to order delivery, but were after the cutoff time. Decided to venture out and pick it up since we don't do corporate pizza. Place was very close to base, food was coming out of the oven when I arrived, probably 15 mins after ordering. We ordered the Buffalo Chicken pizza, Taco pizza, Meatball bites, and an order of hot wings. Gotta say, we liked it all! The meatball bites were quite filling and were tasty. Never have an amazing experience with the service. Yes, they have a queen pizza that can feed a large party and barely fit through the door, but that's about it. Placed an order based on the prices of a promo on their website. Turns out, I was charged regular price and they never gave us our wings. When I called about it, they were passive and unaccommodating. They said I had store credit for the error. When I called later to place an order using my store credit they said I could not use it UNLESS I made a purchase first?!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Just finished half of a medium buffalo chicken pizza from G.W. and... IT WAS AWESOME!! Ordered a medium because it's just me, and it is MORE than enough. Man who answered phone (owner) was very friendly, not rushed or pushy at all, even chatted for a minute or two. Price was good, especially considering quality and the fact that I could barely finish half a medium. They even called me back to confirm the two liter that I wanted was correct. Oh, and speaking of the two liter, it was actually COLD... that never happens with the chains... lukewarm at best in my experience. He even accommodated my request for a little extra spice. Delivery was fast (under 20 min) and they delivered to back door by my garage to not wake kids upstairs. Awesome all around, I will be recommending to my friends and family. read more

First of all. I'm never ordering from GW pizza ever again. My sister ordered 52 bucks worth of stuff . She wanted the biiiig pizza . They delivered and before the guy could give her the pizza , the pizza slid out of the box and hit the concrete . So he leaves after trying to help her pick it up. I get home and my sister says they won't refund her or give her another pizza. So I call them they tell me they can't if it touched her hands and I'm like it didn't touch her hands . It slid out the box and hit the floor before it touched her hands . So wanna know what all they cared about ?? The guy repeats this over and over " see the problem is . If it's the drivers fault then from our policy he would have to pay for the pizza that fell but since it wasn't his fault you can't get a refund. But you can buy another pizza " I got irritated . I repeat myself . I paid 52 bucks worth. The pizza didn't make it to my sisters hands OR Our home . It fell outside and slid out the box before we could even touch it . But by this point the guy gives attitude so I get more upset . I say why would I buy another pizza at full price when I spent so much already? Why not refund me or bring me another order ? I tel him his customer service is bad because he's focused on having his employee not pay for the first pizza . Instead of the consideration of a customer not receiving the pizza but having to pay 52 . He even hung up on me . Oh there's more . Trust me there's more . But I kept calling back over and over til they finally gave us a another pizza . I hadn't ate all day and been working so I was hungry . My toddler was hungry and my husband and sister was hungry . Either way they were rude, blaming us , raising their voice etc IM never ordering from them ever again. Just wanted to tell y'all. There's more to it but I don't feel like writing it all. read more
