I'd been curious about Honestly Good Chicken Fingers ever since they opened a few months ago, but since they're located far away from the food court, I just hadn't had a chance to step inside. A recent Sherway Gardens visit changed all that, however, and I was finally able to check out their wares. I kept things simple and went with The Original Box ("4 Chicken Fingers, Yukon Gold Fries, Texas Toast Garlic Bread & Pickle Spear, 1 Honestly Good Sauce"). Everything's made to order, so it took about 10 minutes to get the food. It was certainly worth the wait. These are some of the best chicken fingers I can remember eating in a long time. They're prepared perfectly, with the tasty batter, crispy exterior, and juicy chicken inside. They're really, really good. The fries are top notch too, and I really enjoyed the Honestly Good Sauce. It's zesty and super addictive, and it complemented both the chicken and the fries perfectly. I don't know why it took me so long to check this place out, but it's definitely going to be a regular Sherway Gardens spot for me from now on.

We came here after hearing about this place. We ordered chicken fingers with fries. The chicken fingers and fries are made to order. It takes some time to get your order. It's also very hot when you bite into it. So watch out for it. The place is pretty big with a lot of seating. The taste overall is ok. It is really crispy but it doesn't have much flavour to it.

This restaurant focuses on chicken fingers which are served as fingers or as a sandwich. This is their second location. It is husband and wife owned. All the chicken fingers are made from white meat and are breaded. The chicken is hand-bread when ordered, so it will take 15 mins. The chicken is so juicy and tasty. The chicken is fresh and never frozen. The Yukon Gold Fries are golden in colour, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. The Texas Toast Garlic Bread tastes so good. They are moist, not hard. I'm glad we ordered an extra piece. The Honestly Good Sauce was tangy and delicious. It tastes good with the chicken fingers. The Deep Fried Pickles were not as sweet as typical pickles, and that is good. Too bad we didn't order extra pickles. We ordered the following: 1. The Original Box ($16.99). 2. The Chicken Sandwich ($8.99). 3. The Kids Combo ($9.99). 4. Poutine ($6.99). 5. Texas Toast Garlic Bread ($1.49). 6. Chocolate Happy Shake ($4.99). 7. Strawberry Happy Shake ($4.99). 8. Harry & Heels Donut ($3.99). The Original Box consists of 4 Chicken Fingers, Yukon Gold Fries, Texas Toast Garlic Bread, and Honestly Good Sauce. The Chicken Sandwich consists of two chicken fingers, a large piece of lettuce, and a slice of tomato. It is surrounded by Toasted Brioche Buns. It's simple but nice. It doesn't have to be drenched with sauces, etc. The Kids Combo is for children 12 and under. It consists of two chicken fingers, Yukon Gold Fries, Texas Toast Garlic Bread, a sauce (we picked Pleasantly Plum), and a Kid's drink. The Poutine had the Yukon Gold Fries, Cheese Curds, and Gravy. Don't expect to get a cheese pull! The extra order of Garlic Bread was much appreciated; ie, gobbled up! Their Happy Shakes have 3 scoops of real ice cream, not "frozen dessert" or "soft serve". Milk is added, and it is churned in a milk shake mixer, then topped with real whipped cream. The consistency was thick enough for a straw to not move but liquid enough to easily go up a straw. The side of the cups are lined with chocolate or strawberry syrup. Harry & Heels California-style customized donut ($3.99). The donut is very good. This location soft-opened on 2024-08-15 and grand-opened on 2024-09-28, the day we were there. There is free WiFi. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. There are three gender-neutral washrooms, one of which is wheelchair accessible. There is free parking in the mall's parking lot. Review 2024-194

The seasoning was spot on, and the portion size was more than generous. The platter was paired with fresh garnishes, tangy ajvar, creamy garlic sauce, and diced onions for the perfect bite. We also had the Caesar salad, which was fresh and crisp with plenty of Parmesan and a creamy dressing that balanced well against the richness of the meats. The presentation was inviting, the flavors were authentic, and it's clear this place takes pride in quality Balkan-style comfort food. Definitely a great spot if you're craving hearty grilled dishes in Toronto's west end. Highly recommend for both sharing plates and casual family-style dining. Not to forget the excellent service. The staff are always friendly.

The Royal Cannon was flavourful, but I found it extremely cheesy and oily on the inside. While the taste was good, the amount of cheese was overwhelming for me. I also got to try the beef chevaps, which I found to be very yummy. The bread was toasted giving it a nice crisp, the ajvar and kaymak went really well with the bread and chevaps, and lastly the portion size was huge! Service was okay. Wait times were a bit on the slower end, and when one of the servers brought someone in our party tea, they carelessly spilled some on the table, and never even acknowledged or noticed the mess they made. If I visit again, I'd probably go for the chevaps myself.

I'm going to go back next week and take a photo then. I asked for a side of tamarind sauce and also got fresh mint sauce to go along with it, for no extra charge. Because it came with onions on the side, I was able to make my own version of Chana Bhatura because the puri was so tasty and chewy - the Chana chickpeas was spiced to perfection, not too spicy but very flavourful. I will absolutely go back and I should mention the prices are really affordable and the portion sizes are huge. I leave full every time!

Both were solid, but I found out the promo was takeout only upon arrival. They don't have a website and their Insta didn't even mention these promos, so info is not clearly communicated. The food itself was solid - good flavour and spices, and particularly the fish pakora was light on breading and heavy on spice so the flavours really shone through. Butter chicken skimped a bit on the chicken, but the curry was solid, and it came with a great naan. But in stark contrast to online reviews posted, portion size was just mid. I get that it was promo pricing, but they really scaled the portions to match. To the point where I get a better deal ordering at my regular spot for Indian food at original price. Had I known, I likely wouldn't have come specifically to try this restaurant out. For those interested, it's around a normal takeout container, filled to around 40% full. I do not know if it had something to do with the quantity I ordered. The staff member seemed taken aback that I ordered 5x the butter chicken, which is not that wild for people with extended families, but the reason does not matter. It's enough to leave an impression on a first time customer. With so many options in the area, I don't see myself dying to come back. The restaurant was also very quiet when I went, just another customer and myself for the duration I waited. All in all, decent spot location wise, the food is good, and their decor is quite fancy. But portion size runs small, their social media sites and lack of website make even seeing the menu quite difficult, and the sea of 5 star reviews online seem fake, so I prob will not be back.

Tried this place on a whim, just had a craving for jerk chicken and didn't want to drive for it, this was the first thing that popped up, and I remember seeing this from driving by it "all the time" The first time I had this ordered to my place, the food's scent absolutely permeated once we got the items out of the bag, the flavors were even better. this food brought me back to my childhood and all of the summer bbq's growing up with friends from multiple islands. One time I came in here in person, to grab some food, and the service was top notch, but ordering in person had a bit more options which lead to me looking like an idiot ordering the same thing I did through skip. The hot sauce is absolutely perfect as well, please bottle this and sell it Seperately. There's next to no sitting area here, and with this tight plaza of 11 business' you would be best to grab the food and go. I have no photos, even though I say the phone eats first, once the smell hits my nose, it's game over. no photos, no witness'(lol) Absolutely one of my favorite spots now for food, slowly climbing into my personal top 10 in Toronto, please don't change anything with the food, everything is perfect.
