The portions are large, though the bun is less filling than the souvlaki dinner options, which are way more filling. If this was a full dinner meal I'd probably go with the dinner, Service here is over the counter. It didn't really have a beefy flavor and it was totally lacking in texture. And with nothing really to cut through the fat, the whole thing ate really, really heavy. The whole thing was just so middle of the road. Honestly I would've rather been eating a Whopper. (At least that burger has that flame-grilled flavor going for it.) I went into the empty restaurant and placed my order for a chicken sandwich, and the price was double what it was on their site. I asked about the discrepancy and I was told that deal only works if you order via their website. Now, it's not like I was looking for a deal that I saw on a food-delivery app; this was their own website! Even if that's the policy, I'm the customer and they should've honored the website price. The end result is I walked out unhappy and, frankly, more than a little flabbergasted. Hopefully it was worth it for them to save a few bucks to lose a customer for life.
