Pour moins de 20 $, j'ai choisi le Rouge Bowl qui comprend une base, une sauce et 7 garnitures. Pour ma base, j'ai choisi moitié quinoa et moitié laitue (pour 1 $ de plus). J'ai payé 2 $ de plus pour l'option de 2 saveurs pour mon bol de poulet grillé. Pour la première des 2 saveurs, j'ai opté pour la saveur la plus populaire de Shisha Garlic. Pour ma deuxième saveur de poulet, j'ai choisi Hercules Lemon que j'ai préféré ! Les morceaux de poulet au citron étaient plus juteux, tendres et moins trop cuits. Mais les morceaux d'ail Shisha étaient plus secs, plus durs. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai trouvé l'assaisonnement pour le poulet trop salé. Je préfère un goût de poulet grillé plus simple et plus naturel. Le quinoa était moelleux et bon. Pour les garnitures, j'ai du maïs, des poivrons verts, des oignons rouges, des tomates, des betteraves, des concombres et des haricots noirs. Pour la sauce, la saveur la plus populaire est la mayonnaise épicée, mais je préfère le citron vert à la coriandre ou le zaatar sucré. La variété d'ingrédients frais était bonne. What is convenient about this place is that it's so close by and it's in Markville mall, nice greeting when you come and they give you free sample to try it out, I got the volcano spicy but with tomatoes jalapeños cucumber, corn, cheese, fried onions, the service was very quick, I didn't have to wait long, for 15 bucks I think a bit steep but it's a lot of food. The chicken was tender, with brown rice it was a good combination, but I didn't get the heat with the volcano spicy so I was disappointed, it a filling meal especially for lunch. Located in the food court in Markville mall by the washrooms. As it was close to closing time and a weekday, there wasn't the line up as I saw on Saturday. As this was my first time ordering here, the staff was very happy to explain the concept. For the bowl option, you choose if you want the 1 or 2 flavour, choose the flavour of chicken. Once ordered, you then get to the option of sauce and 6 toppings. The chicken is fire grilled to serve. I was asked if I was sharing my bowl and was offered a second bowl to use for sharing. That was nice. The food was delicious. The grilled flavour was obvious. I had the Volcano spicy and Shisha garlic chicken. The Volcano was very spicy as the name would suggest, but that suited me just fine. The Shisha garlic wasn't very garlicky but the flavour was good. The chicken was cooked just right, not dry. The brown rice and toppings were all good. The location was well staffed. They were all friendly and efficient. I will return as I would like to try the other flavours. read more

The 2 toppings we got were salsa and jalapeno and paid extra for guac. The portion was enough and pretty good! Really reminded us of La Banquise poutine in Montreal. The chicken is white meat so can expect a little dryness but it's not bad. This was just about $20 after tax for the smaller size. She said it was quite light and loved the flavour. Both were delicious!! Each bowl was only $12.99! Super filling lunch was had. The staff were very nice and it felt like a warm family experience. They offered samples even today and answered my questions. They were also able to suggest me to pair spicy mayo with BBQ chicken! Arguably they have become one of my favorite spot at the food court in Markville. When we first came, there was a pretty long line up on the weekend; the busiest in the whole food court on a weekend lunch. Their menu offers 4 chicken flavors, as well as a plant based option as well. We opted to try the Rouge Bowl and Poutine with 2 flavours each - so we could try them all Honestly I could say, for the price you're paying, the portion sizes are quite filling. Each chicken we had was juicy, and had a little bit of the grilled chicken taste that I enjoy, as well as being very flavourful. I thought the shisha garlic would be my top (it ended being my second fav), with the Hercules lemon being the number one! My go-to place for quick take outs amongst the healthier options. I always go for the 2 flavour combo to get 4 pieces of their grilled chicken. I often go for the olives, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, beans, beats and tzatziki on brown rice. Trying to avoid deep fried foods. Great meal always with this place. Pretty solid for a fast food, food court kind of joint. I ordered takeout at this place on a weekday and was not expecting much. I just liked that it was close by, closer than chipotle, which is in the west end of Markham. The menu set up seemed pretty similar minus the Mexican flavours. You got to select toppings that were mainly vegetables and then you have some meat in a bowl, all mixed together with sauces. Despite how overdone this recipe is, I really like it. What really made this place stand out was that their chicken was grilled right before your eyes. They really did it fresh on the grill. Granted that the whole food court was covered in smoke and steam, it didn't bother me at all. It was felt like you really got a decent grilled experience. At first I wasn't sure because I didn't want brown rice but the toppings and chicken and sauces are so flavourful that it actually made the brown rice work really well. I might even try the quinoa next time! It was really tasty and filling and I like to think it's relatively healthy. Also the flame grilled smoky flavour on the chicken was great.
