Another patron brought them fudge while they worked on her car and a second patron tipped them for pumping gas - in this economy?! When I arrived there to drop off the car, 1 was clerk manning the store who was on the phone. The customer in front of me said he had been waiting a long time and phones were ringing off the hook. When I arrived later to pick up my car, I also had to wait awhile for someone in the shop to come in. Oil change was done but the person in the shop (was a different staff member than the one in the morning) had no idea if anything had been looked at regarding the leak in my tire. My tires also weren't also rotated fully. It was simply the front to back rotation even though I purchased the proper tires for doing an entire rotation. Lastly, emails have been going to the wrong address for my car repairs. The shop has failed to update this after numerous asks. The physical printouts lack information.

They found a few issues with a newly purchased used vehicle that the dealership had lied to me about and went above and beyond to help me. Took pictures,made proper notes and documented everything in a way that I was able to get the vehicle taken back at the dealership! I was headed up north for a funeral and had a blowout. After waiting 2 hours for roadside…read moreassistance (due to my lug wrench breaking) I needed to get a tire before driving a further 2 hours. After driving around for 2 more hours I ended up at Tires For Less. The only thing I regret is not going there first! There were 6 cars ahead of us but Mo (see pic) pulled the car up outside a bay, took the rim, mounted the new tire and used a floor jack to remove the spare and put the new tire on. Customer service is rare nowadays, but that level of exceptional service is almost unheard of! Mo had us in and out the door in under 15 minutes.
