I go to this store cuz it's close to my work and I can walk there after dropping off my car. I came in for 3 things: oil change, checking a leak on a tire, and getting tires rotated. When I arrived there to drop off the car, 1 was clerk manning the store who was on the phone. The customer in front of me said he had been waiting a long time and phones were ringing off the hook. When I arrived later to pick up my car, I also had to wait awhile for someone in the shop to come in. Oil change was done but the person in the shop (was a different staff member than the one in the morning) had no idea if anything had been looked at regarding the leak in my tire. My tires also weren't also rotated fully. It was simply the front to back rotation even though I purchased the proper tires for doing an entire rotation. Lastly, emails have been going to the wrong address for my car repairs. The shop has failed to update this after numerous asks. The physical printouts lack information. read more

This was the most horrendous service experience I've ever encountered. Unfortunately, after attempting to navigate a roadway sinkhole on Kellogg Boulevard, my front/right passenger tire became increasingly shredded. Long story, short: they provided "Next Day" service, trashed my BMW with grease, installed the wrong tire, never called me when work was complete, or offered some remote form of a shuttle. I stopped in to have my car looked at after a check engine light came on for a bad turbo. they took care of it and recommended me the proper preventive maintenance for this situation. shortly after though another light came on, brought it in just to make sure it wasn't anything related to my turbo still. Sal, the tech who serviced my car originally, he ran the code and found out that the air intake cover was cracked open and went ahead to get that properly seated for me to prevent more air from leaking in. they could have charged me but in the end they did it for no cost. I was very excited to see that you can reserve and choose your tires online, and then make a appointment. The website even gives you a price that they call "out the door" price. I chose the tires I wanted and the total was $413. When my son brought the car in to get the tires, he was given a total of $528. He asked why, and he was told the "out the door" price that they give you online does not include taxes and labor. After discussing it and reviewing the charges, my son went back to the counter. He was told that the tires we had ordered were not in stock, so they were replaced with a "price match" but the price match didn't have the same discount as the tires we had ordered. At this point, we were faced with deciding if we wanted to wait for the tires we had ordered and come back another day, or select a different tire, or pay the difference in price, which was over $100. Since it had been 1 hour since our appointment and they still weren't ready for our car, we decided to just chuck it and find a more ethical place to get tires from. I'm extremely disappointed. We've been going to this location for years and even though the service has always been slow, I've been happy with the service in the past. But after this, I won't be back. I am a repeat customer at this location, something that will soon be changing. I brought my car in for a scheduled appointment. Replace rims and tires. Work on my car was stopped in order to work on another car dropped off after work on my car was underway. This happened while I was sitting in tbe waiting room, I was given no notification of this (naturally) It wound up taking 2 1/2 hours for a 1 1/2 hour job. Labor shortages aside, always service the repeat customer who is present in your waiting room before a non scheduled drop off. Is there less than one star? The technician that claimed to work on my car flat out lied! I brought my car here to get the oil change and tires rotated. Prior to dropping it off at the shop I marked the tires so I would know if they were rotated or not, when I came back to pick up my car the technician had signed off that he had done all the work. I went out to my car and noticed that the tires were not rotated I went back in, got the technician brought him out and explain to him that he did not rotate my tires. He then began to argue with me that he did in fact rotate my tires that was until I showed him where I marked my tires. They then pulled my car back in and rotated the tires. Stay away from this location! And weeks later nothing was ever done to address this issue. Even after contacting customer service. These people just don't care so why bring my business or refer anyone to this place. Very disappointing! read more

I have done business at this location for years. That may be about to change... After making an appointment for service and leaving my car, I returned four hours later to find that absolutely nothing had been done. The car was parked where I had left it earlier and had never received any service. There seemed to be no accounting for why a scheduled appointment had been overlooked. The response of the individual on duty was that they could "quick do the oil change" - one of three items requested - if I could wait. Waiting was not an option. Apparently the staff is not equipped/trained to make any other offer to recover business that they lost through their own lack of attention. The GM is one of most rude and unprofessional managers I've ever had the displeasure of meeting I had a nail in my sidewall if my tire and the tire needed to be replaced. I purchased the "tire protection plan". I thought like discount tire they would replace the tire for $20-$30 at the most. The manager said the tire would cost me $80! Came to this store on Friday 11/18/16 for new tires. Left my car there and they called me to tell me my ball joint was "completely worn out" and it would cost $400 to replace. I decided to take it to another shop that was going to charge me only $250. When I got to the second shop they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with it, didn't charge me anything, and sent me on my way. Tires Plus in Roseville just completely lied and tried to take advantage of my wife. They told her, IN WRITING, that her van needed more than $2,000 worth of work. The only problem is, all of the work that they recommended has been done within the last 18 months. All the parts are relatively new and in great shape. However, just to make sure, I just got underneath her vehicle and personally inspected every element that they wrote up. For instance, they said both back springs were broken. Except that both back springs are 100% fine and look brand new (because they are). I cannot stress this more strongly and clearly... STAY AWAY FROM TIRES PLUS. THEY ARE SWINDLERS WHO WILL SCREW YOU IF YOU DON'T KNOW ANY BETTER. Specifically, stay away from both locations in Roseville. Tires Plus is a dishonest company with bad employees who lie, cheat and steal for a living. read more

This tires plus is amazing, they were super friendly and actually helped us get there right oil change. Not one other tires plus or even any other oil changing place told us that it's not full Synthetic oil that the car needs instead it's needs a dexos 2 blend. Not only did they save us money and time they helped us know that we was putting the wrong oil in. They even let us in at 4 which no where else did especially on a Sunday. And they actually didn't tell us the oil can't be done tonight and that the car needs to stay. They helped us around 4:15 and actually seemed like they cared. I've been coming here for years and I can tell you that there really is a difference in the service you get here versus other oil change places. As the name implies, they focus on tires and related services, but all kinds of auto services are available. I come here primarily for the oil changes because they include a free tire rotation. That usually runs $20+ at other places. Plus, the base oil is a synthetic blend, which is a step up from most other places. They also don't give you the hard upsell for services you don't need. Check your mail for coupons that take up to $9 off the total. read more

Brought a vehicle in at 10am, an hour early, that we had scheduled for tires to be replaced. We let they know that it had to be done by 2:30pm but not later than 3pm because I had to get back home to pick up my child from school. Got there at 2:50pm and it was not even started. The tech said it was next. When we asked how long, he said an hour. This was not possible. he said we could reschedule. My husband had already taken off a 1/2 day from work to get this done. A couple years ago I was always taking my car to this specific location(Lincoln Drive, Roseville). I moved away and recently moved back to the area, and needed new tires, so I gave this location a call. On the phone I was told "Our appointments are booked for that day, but drop it off and we will certainly get around to it". I dropped my car off around 1:30/1:45 pm and was told "We will get it back there soon". After a couple hours I heard nothing, so my wife called to check on the status of the tires, and the guy answering the phone said something about "I tried calling you but there was no answer", that's interesting because we had our cell phones on all day expecting their call! He then told my wife that we need an alignment because "The tires are just so far out of spec", I had another Tires plus location do an alignment just a couple months ago. He also told my wife "The alignment would only take 5 or 10 minutes". I also found that interesting because all the other times I've gotten alignments its taken at least a half hour. So then we go to pick up the car, and we are told "The tech is having trouble aligning it", so we sit there for 40 minutes waiting for them to "Align" the tires. Then, some guy who was acting like the manager started talking to me like I was an idiot for letting my car go out of alignment. I've had many alignments before, I know the importance of them, but he just kept going on about getting regular alignments on my car. after that 40 minutes of waiting and being insulted, they finally "finished" the alignment. I used to come to this location because of great service, but now I am not too sure about ever coming back. I wouldn't go back here. I set up an oil change appointment and the manufacturer of my vehicle recommends either 0W-20 blended synthetic oil or 5w-30 conventional oil and it has had conventional oil since it was new - and the manufacturer said I should continue to put in that grade and not switch. When I get in there the clerk tries to get me to switch to synthetic and gives me this bs about making me sign something so when "the timing goes on it" or something like that and I find that really insulting. They lost my business and I would never go back. read more

Used to do a lot better work. No longer seem to be reliable. I took my car in for oil change and tire rotation, they sold me on rear brakes and wanted to add four new tires. No mention of front brakes. Less than five weeks later the front brakes are so bad that I can't drive the car. Did they repair the brakes on the wrong axle or just miss the front brake condition? Either way, very poor service. When I called I was given a story about the front pads 'falling apart'. Both sides? Within five weeks is thief inspection? A little longer wait due to first snow fall of the winter. But I got my flat tire repaired (needed a brand new one due to punctured hole was larger than 1/4 inch) before the promised time. Did I fall for the old bait and switch? Caveat-I cannot prove this unless I got a second opinion but given my history this is what I suspect. If they are honest then I apologize but it is a cautionary tale for you... Got a flat tire with a nail right in the center of the tire. Took it here and asked for a patch and went to work by bus. Got a call later and got this- Nail is in the corner of the curve and cannot patch it, and given your tires are 5/11 we have to replace all 4 tires (Probably because my car is an Acura RL with performance tires). I am down $1000 bucks just like that. What could I have done? Perhaps I could have asked them to show me the tire (too inconvenient), perhaps ask them to put the spare tire (for a small charge) and get another opinion (still tough with work and kids). I suspect there are a lot of people who have encountered this. This is my first time here, so I generally do not trust repair shops. If I am wrong then I apologize. I paid $1000 for tires- so you have made money off me either way and probably don't care if I step in there again (which I wont). read more
