From start to finish Hometime Windows & Doors are the best contractors that I have worked with in a very long time. The estimating team was courteous and professional and they made me feel very comfortable with my decision to have them do the work. Carlos and Eduardo, the installers, were respectful of my home - covering the flooring they were walking on and anything that may get debris on it. On the day of install, the wind started blowing very strong so they were unable to complete the job. We re-scheduled to complete the work. Wouldn't you know it, that day, the wind was strong again and because they were working on a ladder for the 2nd story windows, safety was of main concern. They showed-up at the scheduled time of 8:00 a.m. to let me know we would need to re-schedule again. They could have called, texted, etc. but the personal touch of showing-up in person to let me know and to apologize was totally unexpected and very much appreciated. In addition, I received a follow-up call from the owner making sure that I hadn't found anything wrong and not to hesitate to call if I did. I recently remodeled my 1952 house and needed all new energy efficient windows and a couple of fiberglass doors. I wanted to find a local installer with a good reputation and I found Hometime Windows. The sales rep, Edeer walked me through all of the options and showed me some of the benefits of choosing Hometime. The installers on my project were Israel, Carlos, and Danny. They all did a fantastic job and left the work area clean and tidy at the end of the day. I was particularly impressed by the finish trim they added on the interior of each window opening. Since we were doing a remodel, I wanted everything to look brand new and professionally designed. I decided to replace all the windows and slider in my house. I checked with one of the big box home improvement stores and then with Hometime Windows. The big box store was going to cost almost $4,000 more and was going to take at least 4 mos or more until installation! Hometime installed my new windows in about a month from order date. Addison met us at their Redlands showroom and we were able to check out all their products. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. I am mesmerized at my new beautiful sliding windows in my bedroom!!! My 30 yr old previous windows are gone forever!! my new windows actually keep my room cooler in this heat. We had several bedroom windows replaced (they were about 40 years old), and one in the bathroom and garage. We also had shutters installed in the main bedroom. All of the installers that came were friendly and did a fantastic job! We were having a crazy morning/day with our kid's schedules, but they were flexible and worked with us to get the job done and did an amazing job cleaning up. The quality of the windows and shutters is wonderful, and we noticed a difference in the outside noise right away. I also able to ask the installers some questions about more complicated windows that we had put off replacing for now and they were very helpful. Frank and Jacob arrived early. I liked that. Get started and get finished. Jacob helped me remove one window covering which was my job but I couldn't figure out how to do it. They said the job would take 6 hours but I had to leave for the day. I asked Jacob to call or text when they were 30 minutes away from finishing. He did that. I had my wife return so she could do a walk through for their work. To my surprise when I got home for the day, they had re-hung all my window coverings. I'm not too handy and wasn't looking forward to that core, which I thought was my responsibility. They job is beautiful.
