Chris and his assistant Wiley just completed a nail biter of a job for us. We had a HUGE mirror above our fireplace that was installed in the 70's. We wanted it gone ,and since Chris has done other work for us we knew he was our guy. They showed up on time, and they removed the gigantic mirror all in one piece and left zero mess. He's professional, honest and just plain nice read more

Chris and Wylie reached out to repair one of our broken kitchen windows. I was out of town, but they communicated well with my husband and me to keep us updated on pricing and when they'd be out to fix. It took about an hour for them to fix our double pane glass and we couldn't be happier! Will recommend and use in the future! read more

Asked for a quote. To fix a sash window 30"x15". Almost a $1000. Fixed it myself for under $75. You tell me?

I contacted CR and provided them measurements for what I needed. Chris was very thorough in making sure everything was perfect. Great communication and service. read more

We requested a quote and we were told $140 for a window, so we agreed and had him come over. He was late and didn't tell us until about 10 mins AFTER he was supposed to arrive. Very unprofessional. Once he started the job, the guy advised us the total would be more than quoted... Fine; however, upon installation, the guy broke the glass... So he says he'll have to come back. Monday comes around, we receive a text that's he's running late, okay. Now, 5 mins before the time he was supposed to arrive, he advised us he cannot come anymore because he doesn't have glass. Now it's today, Tuesday, and now he's saying he can't come until the evening. I have taken off so much time from work and this guy doesn't even care to run his business properly. Maybe because we're MEXICAN and he's racist. I just called him about the situation and how he's threatening to take us to small claims court over a verbal agreement, on a job he has not finished. He said he would send me a written notice that we are calling it a wash, because I need a paper trail in case this POS tried to take me to court, but he has ignored all my calls and refuses to send the text. read more

I couldn't be happier with the mirror installation done by CR Glass! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Chris was incredibly professional and clearly an expert at his craft. He took the time to assess the space carefully and offered helpful suggestions to my somewhat challenging project. The mirror itself is stunning--flawlessly installed, perfectly aligned, and securely mounted. Chris worked efficiently, left the area spotless, and was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. If you're considering custom glass or mirror work, look no further than CR Glass. Chris's craftsmanship and attention to detail are second to none. Highly recommend! read more

I spoke with Steve on a Tuesday and set an appointment for Wednesday to have the window measured by Friday morning before Noon the window was installed and looks great. I appreciated his quick response and professionalism. I would definitely go back for any future glass needs. read more

Chris and the guys at CR glass seem to really care about their work, and their business. Despite a few family emergencies on their part, they worked hard to make the project work on our timeline. They even came out and did the install on July 4th to make sure we were taken care of. Can't recommend them more! Thanks for making sure we were taken care of and being so kind about it! read more

We had a nightmare situation last year hiring someone to install our shower door for a custom shower in our condo. They never got it right and kept trying to get away with it. Chris at CR Glass was the exact opposite. Quote was good, communication was excellent, and installation was looking great ... until everything was in place. The glass was obviously bowed. "Oh no," we thought. "Here we go again." But this time, when I reached out to ask about the imperfection, Chris informed me that he had already ordered a new piece of glass because this one clearly was not good enough. What a relief! A few days later he confirmed a new appointment for reinstallation. The silicon is still drying and we haven't used it yet, but it looks beautiful and I fully expect it to remain that way. read more

Unfortunately, the shower door that came with our house was starting to fail, and we were using a clip to hold the door closed when we showered so that water didn't get everywhere. We had to find a company that was able to install the shower glass into our fiberglass tub/shower unit. We decided to get a few quotes and see how much it would be to get the glass and frame replaced. Chris at CR Glass Inc. was the second to come out and he was very friendly and had a great response time. He was also very knowledgeable and even offered to get us a few add ons that we wanted but couldn't afford with the other companies. It was a little less than a month between first contact and us having our new shower glass installed. We couldn't be happier with the result. Instead of cheap, builder grade materials, we have a beautiful new shower that is so pretty it looks like a piece of art. We opted for rain glass with a ladder style handle, 4 towel hooks and the Enduro shield glass treatment. After all was said and done we still ended up with a price that was a lot more affordable than the other companies we had come out. I also love that Chris suggested moving the glass one inch closer to the tub so that I could have a small step to shave my legs, and let me tell you I am so glad he suggested that. It's the little details that matter, and Chris at CR Glass Inc. definitely pays attention to the little details. We would absolutely recommend that you give them a call and see how they can transform your whole shower experience. read more

When I contacted Chris he was the fourth or fifth contractor I hire to make and install my very peculiar glass shower doors. My construction project of remodeling my bathroom was delayed for over two months because I could not find a contractor to do the job, because the size of the doors and the angle it need to be cut at. My experience with Chris has been nothing but incredible. Chris was able to come to my house, he did his measurements and ordered the glass and the whole process was done in less than 2 weeks. What I really liked about him was his punctuality, his dedication and love of his job and honesty. In addition to all of that, he was able to give me the best price out of all the other contractors who could not even do the job !! If you are looking for quality, punctuality and a great company, I highly recommend Chris and his crew! read more

My mom wanted mirrors in the garage and I reached out to several people to get quotes. Chris was by far the most affordable quote out of 8 different businesses. He responded super quick and great communication. I Asked about a small glass top for a table last minute and he was able to have it done at the same time as the mirror installment. My mom was super happy with the job and said he was beyond professional. Thank you Chris! read more

This review is overdue. Almost a year ago I requested a glass top for my dining table. It's a fairly small dining table, yet I was getting quotes from other vendors that were ridiculously high for what I needed. When CR Glass gave me a quote, I was a bit skeptical since the price (including free local delivery) was so reasonable. I ended up taking a chance on them and I am glad I did! My glass top was ready, delivered, and set up in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend their service! read more

We have a curio cabinet with a mirror in the back and it broke, and we needed a replacement ASAP a day before New Year's Eve because we were hosting a party. I called numerous businesses and was told they did not work on the weekends; we stumble upon this business at the time it used to be opened in Calimesa, CA and that's when I spoke to Chris who was able to help us. He opened up his shop on a late Saturday afternoon and was able to cut a mirror replacement to perfection and solved our problem. Can't thank and recommend him enough! I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with Chris and CR Glass. I purchased a glass shower door and since then we have had nothing but issues trying to keep the door closed. Every shower is a fight. I reach out to Chris asking him to come take a look at the shower hoping he would be able make adjustments to get it to stay closed and he stated he was having childcare issues and was not able to make it. I expressed my empathy and told him I'd reach back out at a later time. I have tried time and time again since then and he will not call or text back. I do not recommend CR Glass. Follow-up to Chris's message: I purchased the shower door from him over 2 years ago and have tried reaching out to him on several different occasions. On each occasion he stated he had some sort of issue. My goal is never to ruin someone's business. I paid a lot of money for a service and have had nothing but issues. I think two years is more than enough time and patience. Therefore, again, I do NOT recommend CR Glass. read more
