Ordered a calzone. Came in on Fourth of July so I understand it might not be ideal to work on a holiday and took that into consideration however the cashier was extremely rude to everyone I saw her interact with. Food was good but will not be returning. She seemed annoyed at anyone that spoke to her and when taking the food to the tables she sighed and tossed the boxes on the table with no words to accompany the delivery. I am not the kind of person to leave bad reviews but this was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. read more

Ordered a delivery to our hotel room and they came quick! We ordered a meatball sub and 12" cheese pizza. It was reasonable ($25 total) and delicious! I usually don't eat the crust but the pizza bread was so fresh, soft & delicious and I could tell their sauce wasn't straight from the can like most pizzeria use I gobbled them up! Yum! Delivery fee $2- read more

This place had some good pizza! Be forewarned, it is not a restaurant to swing by if you're in a hurry - the wait was fairly lengthy. Additionally, it seems to be pretty popular, so the limited seating room inside was quite full. Outside seating is available, but if there is any potential for rain (as there very much was when we went), only some of the outside tables are sheltered, so you may get a bit damp. Lastly, the line was pretty long, and there isn't much room inside (again, small restaurant), so there was a lot of moving around to let other customers around us. But, the food, as I said, is very good. So, if you're not worried about time or tight quarters, I'd recommend checking this place out! read more

We ordered an 18' inch pizza with pesto, mozzarella and pepperoni which was tasty but super greasy. The garlic rolls were delicious! Friendly staff, all of whom were wearing masks. I recommend ordering ahead if you don't want to wait. Our pre-order for pick up took about 35 minutes. Prices were reasonable. read more

Just got a delivery order from this place, and not knowing I tipped a second time... the delivery driver never said a word about already tipping on our original order via their inline ordering app. Tried called and got nothing but attitude from the girl on the phone. She then told me to "come on and and I'll give you your twelve bucks..." If I had a vehicle, I would have gone in but that is the reason why I ordered delivery. should have listened to the local bartender down the road when he told me to avoid this place. Rotten business practices by people with absolutely garbage customer service. As far as the food, don't waste your time. Greasy as can be. read more

Good pizza!! Awesome Italian beefs!! Hard to find a decent Chicago style Italian beef far from Chicago, but HomeSlice does not disappoint!! We got the 18" garlic chicken pizza and 18" meat pizza, that's a lot of pizza!!! Both were amazing!! Delivery was faster than estimate, awesome job!! Will definitely order again next time we are out here!! read more

Foods are good, especially the soft cheese in the pizza. But the environment is a little too noisy.

The pizza was divine! We had a salad, beers and pizza. Sat at the cute outside seating. Service was great!

Food was great, service is equally good. Love the made to order pizzas. We will definitely return. read more

Homeslice Pizza - Authentic menu, originality and awesome setup. - Pizza Near Me - Durango, Colorado

The horse pizza was delicious strongly recommended. I felt unbridled joy after the first chomp. I'll be sure to hoof it back again soon

Used to really enjoy homeslice. However, I have discovered the joys of JBo's pizza. I still like home slice, I enjoy that I can get a single slice but I don't know about their cooking method. Each pizza is cooked twice, they take them out of their oven then they put them back in to heat them up. I know they do that with the single slices, and I have seen it done with the whole pizzas when they are ordered. I like my crust a bit crispy so I don't mind it however I have had some come out a bit more well done than others and bordering burnt. read more

Pizza is incredible, service is fantastic... and the beer is cold, what more could you ask for.

It was a great atmosphere to sit and enjoy a beer while waiting for our pizza. The bartender was great, even though she was slammed. We ordered online to skip the line, it was a great idea. We had the pork-u-pine pizza and the sausage green Chile rolls, it was delicious! read more

Excellent garlic rolls is soooo garlicky!! So hot and buttery too!! On to the main event: the pizza! We had it by the slice. I know you are thinking it is going to be crummy reheated pizza. Not so, it was gooey and yummy. I had a slice with spicy chicken sausage (it was spicy), mushrooms and spinach. I am not normally a spinach fan but oh my was it good. Not sure if it was the combination of cheese, spices and spinach or what, but it was heavenly! Hog heaven that is!! As I sit him I am wishing I had taken about 3 slices to go! In shirt fresh, quality ingredients, hot pizza and friendly service. The price was worth it!! read more

Great Pizza, LARGE, crust is crispy and thin crust, with fresh toppings. We ordered the supreme and was not disappointed

We ordered a pizza to go. 1/2 and 1/2 specialty pizza. The 5 cheese pizza half was pretty greasy. After some dabs with napkins, it was better. The other half was genovese. It was delicious! Their crust is also really good. Everyone was pretty satisfied with this quick dinner on our first night in Durango. read more

If I could a negative star I would. Ordered delivery and brought me the wrong pizza as I ordered 2. When I told the delivery person they said they would be right back. Then I got a text saying they are remaking my pizzas. I could tell that they rushed my order by the way the pizzas were cooked. Pizzas just did not taste right. I will not try this place again. read more

I have been a long time fan of Home Slice pizza, however to say I'm disappointed in their new location in Three Springs would be an understatement. We have twice eaten there and did not enjoy the experience either time. Pizza crust should not be like chewing bubble gum but this was. I'm hoping the owners get this taken care of soon. read more

The pizza was great, very friendly staff that are welcoming. It was a nice outdoor patio with social distancing

Pizza was DELICIOUS, but the girl at the register was kind of mean... besides that everything was great, cool atmosphere

The last two pizzas that I have gotten from Home Slice in Three Springs have been disappointing. The cheese, unlike on past pizzas, is chewy, grainy and a bit sour kind of like a cheap cheddar. I ordered the pepperoni pizza and the pepperoni was minimally applied. read more

First time in Durango. Wasn't sure what I wanted to grab for dinner. Saw a coupleof pizza joints and picked this one. Off main st. A block or so. Its worth the stop. This is probably the best pizza I've have west of the Mississippi. The price is consistant with the amount of toppings you receive. They dont skimp. Staff is very friendly, service is quick. I'll be stopping back when im in Town. read more

Sloppy and lazy service. Ordered 2 pizza and some rolls. Got told 30-45 min. Thats a long time for pizza to cook and I was the only one there to get pizza. Anyway I'll wait. They get my name and I sit down to wait. After 1 hour I'm wondering where the pizza are and asked the same guy, how it was going with the pizzas? "Ohh they are already done". What?! The whole time the pizza's has been sitting in the warm bag and are now half cold and soggy :/ How hard can it be to yell out my name when its done? read more

Most of my Homeslice pizza outings are late night, but either way, I think they have a solid system. Their pizza is tasty; their extra sauces and garlic knots are addicting! The staff is friendly. The bar is solid too. Their selection is more than rail drinks. You will be happy. Stop by for a laid back slice and a good drink. read more

This is a staple in Durango...and I'm still trying to figure out why. How can you mess up a pizza? Well, for one thing, it's overpriced. The crust is..unmemorable. Flavor combo's are typical. Just not that special. I'd rather get frozen pizza considering the quality and price. Giving 3 stars instead of 1 because: -hot sauce selection is good. -honey!! -service wasn't too bad read more

Fun and friendly staff with great pizza. Family friendly during the day and a neighborhood bar vibe in the evening.

Excellent pizza joint! We loved our pizza here and will definitely be back next time we visit Durango!

They have a very decent selection of pizzas. I've been going here ever since I was in middle school and they do not disappoint. Their best item on the list is their signature pepperoni and sausage pizza if your a fan of Durango's mountain range out in the middle of Colorado. read more

Two small pizzas, a salad and 2 sodas for $60 I expected something really delicious. They had good service good atmosphere the only thing that was bad was the food itself. Garlic knots were cold and almost hard. How do you get a pepperoni pizza wrong? Barely any sauce. This would probably rate at 4 stars if price was comparable to the quality and taste. Kinda like little Cesar's $5 pizza. Decent for the price. This is decent at best. Would rather have spent my money on Domino's to be honest. read more

Homeslice Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Durango, Colorado

I have no idea what is wrong with Homeslice Pizzas lately, but their quality control is severely lacking. We thought we would order a 16" pizza from the College location as the one on Camino Del Rio has been consistently shorting us on quality: namely rolling out their crust to the 16" diameter we paid for and not handing us a doughball with a pile of toppings on it. We were incredibly disappointed that this location did the same thing on a take and bake pizza a few weeks back. My wife called to point out that they failed to make a decent pizza, charging us for a 16" pie when it was distinctly a 12" pie. The manager was very apologetic and nice on the phone, offering us a gift certificate for the full amount of the pizza. He took down our address to mail it out to us as we live 20 miles away from Durango. Well, that never happened. We never received our reimbursement for that pizza, which at this point doesn't surprise us at all for it is par for the course with this company. If you see my reviews of the Camino location you can see this has been an ongoing issue with the place. I cannot recommend this company to anyone as they do not stand by their word or their product. It is a turn and burn kind of business and they cannot be bothered with consistent quality. Think twice before eating here or at the other location. I took pictures of all instances where Homeslice failed to make the right sized pie, along with a receipt in the picture to show what we paid for in comparison. EDIT: Erin from the Homeslice Team sent us a gift card and a hand written letter apologizing and owning the issues I presented here and in other reviews. That is top notch customer service. Totally appreciated. I bumped this review to 4 stars to reflect the professional attitude in the face of disgruntled customers. This reaching out and rectifying the poor experiences we have had is worthy of commendation. We will not give up on H.S. over a handful of poor experiences as Homeslice has been an ultimately great pizza experience since we moved to Durango in 2005. Thanks Erin, you made our day. read more

Best. Pizza. Ever. If you're looking for a casual pizza place in DGO go here. Pizza, sides, and salads are all wonderful. I'm a local and have never been disappointed with either the service or food. Highly recommend! read more

Took 2.5 hours to get my SMALL pizza and a salad. If you're in a hurry or hungry don't get delivery from these guys. I was surprised by the time we got it it was hot. We were nice to the girl bc she was young and I'm sure it wasn't her fault. If you order from these guys expect to be hangry by the time your food arrives. Pizza and salad were good. No complaints there. read more

Kick ass pizza by the slice and full bar. Easy in and easy out. If you want pizza to stay or pizza to go, HomeSlice is the place to be

This place has some of the worst pizza we've ever tasted. A tiny bit of actual pizza with the majority being charcoal crust... the place was a complete $?&@show and the service was non-existent. Little Caesars would've been 10x better! Not to mention for 8 nuclear charred slices, 3 drinks and the worst chicken wings ever, the cost was $80... A complete waste of money!!! Stay away from this dive. read more

Pretty good pizza. Had delivery to hotel room and guy was on time, polite, and order completely correct and hot. Only suggestion- and this applies to all restaurants....quit using that limp, bitter, leafy "spring mix". It's not good and I feel like I'm eating weeds read more

This place is awesome and unique. I enjoy the option of delivery and the slices are huge. The food selection is wide and the beer is good. The pizza is pretty oily but the crust goes really well with the honey that the provide on the side if you like dipping the crust. read more

It was decent pizza. The crust is amazing. My family was more enamored than I was. The tables were sticky and it was very crowded and loud. People who worked there kind of acted annoyed that we were there. Felt like a local hangout we infringed on. I would eat there again but to go. read more
