The salads look nothing like the online pictures. I had the Bodega salad and it was tiny, consisting primarily of lettuce and a couple slices of mozzarella cheese and a few noodles. Definitely not worth $12....maybe $6 would be a better value. Their sandwiches are better, however. read more

Pizza was very good. Our order was hot and fresh and the service was great. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars, is that it was a little greasier then I prefer. Next time I will definitely try a different topping other then pepperoni. read more

My wife loved this place way more than me. We got a 16-inch pizza and 2 drinks and it cost about $25. The pizza was okay but not great. The place was packed, so I guess it's popular in the area and maybe I'm in the minority that isn't impressed. This was recommended by one of the employees at the hotel we were staying at, and he described it as "the best pizza in town." For my money, even something like Pizza Hut is probably a better choice, but it seems like I am in the minority on this one. read more

No complaints from me. Good food and service, cool atmosphere. I had a hot Italian sandwich a d she had a pizA. Both were excellent.

I wanted to take a moment to say the manager of the front of the house here is second to none. I haven't seen someone go so above and beyond to make every single person in a restaurant feel welcome in a long time. I've always loved home slice. But I was truly blown away by this most recent visit by her hospitality read more

This place was a great place to sit & enjoy lunch! The meatball calzone was super delicious, and the Moscow mule was in a super cool Copper glass! We wish the upper deck would have been open for seating but totally understandable having it closed due to ice. We will definitely be coming back in summer!! read more

So much love put in to the sauce , lovely staff. Love the green chili sausage rolls. Little $$ Pizza was kind of a hot mess, could've used a little bit longer in the oven for the amount of cheese and toppings. Overall, very tasty! read more

Food was good- I came in with my friends and it was our first time & we weren't sure what to expect. The girls working acted like we werent there. One of them just stared at us while we were clearly confused and felt as if we weren't even supposed to be there! Customer service is awful! I work in a restaurant too and that is no way to treat a customer! I also noticed black hair on my slices of pizza and requested that they be taken off my bill. I had decided to eat somewhere else after I finished my beer.. couple days later when the charge went through I noticed that my total was greater than what I signed off on at the restaurant. Also, maybe consider tying up your hair if you have long hair! read more

Good Pie, great service. It is a Real Homemade Pizza. Ingredients were fresh and tasted good. I would definitely go back. read more

Enjoyed the pizza. HomeSlice Pizza is better quality than pizza chains, more unique flavor combinations. Atmosphere not quite my vibe. Yes, on the pizza. read more

Ordered delivery from the North Main location. Pizza was undercooked and inedible, stromboli was overcooked, dried out and looked like it was made hours earlier, smaller 1/2 size of previous orders. Manager agreed to remake the order, I drove it to them so they could observe the quality of the food that was delivered, agreed it was unacceptable. While waiting for the order to be replaced I observed flies on the pizza in the showcase (sold by the slice) and other health code violations and decided to leave without the replacement. We have been loyal patrons to Homeslice for years, cannot continue to spend money on items that cannot be consumed, replaced or refunded, very disappointed! read more

Ordered pizza at about 5:30 to eat at the restaurant. The place was almost empty. We ordered a Holy a goat salad and a pizza. They did not have the salad in the case so I had to go ask them to make me one. We then waited 40 min for our pizza and finally I went to the counter and the cashier/bartender went looking for it. Our pizza was in the warmer bag and it had been there quite a while ( the cheese was all hard and oily) and she served it to us. A $30.00 pizza. I complained and she looked at me like I was a creep and said as I'd what do you want me to do about it? The stared at me. No accommodation, no apology, no explanation. So I told her I'd like a refund, which she gave less the two beers and salad. Feedback to Homeslice after making me wait almost an hour for my good then serving me slop, maybe you could have given me a full refund ( buy us a beer for wasting our evening and sending us home hungry) I did call the other location and they gave me $30.00 credit... we'll see. read more

Stumbled upon this pizza place while passing through town. I was informed by staff that they only had slices available. I ordered 8 slices to go. The staff threw the cold slices into the box and sent me on my way. They didn't even bother to reheat these slices in the oven. I paid over $40 for a cold pizza and soda. The cold pizza was decent so two stars instead of one. Abhorrent customer service otherwise. Changing to one star since according to the business owner, I am a liar. read more

Trying to support local, but 3 HOURS to wait for a pizza?! Ugh I love these guys, but this is ridiculous read more

Italian beef was a joke. No hot giardiniera and no au jus. Tasted like thin cut deli meat from walmart and was dry as heck with swiss cheese. Not a real "Italian beef"... And the gyros have feta cheese and lettuce?! If you want Italian beef or gyros, there are better places in town. Weird place Edit: its been 50 minutes and I now have the runs. Bad food!!! read more

The stuff keep tabs of your beer and keep you filled and satisfied pizza is good not great but can be great if they have your type of pizza my favorite is the Buffalo chicken pizza which is the best but they have different varieties to choose from; which really helps. So so so good. Ordered ahead as I was driving into town from Denver. I haven't been back in awhile so it must either be relatively new or a good kept secret. Pizza was mainly for the kiddos so it was just a plain pepperoni. I was t even going to try it until the went on about how good it was. And they were right! I'd definitely eat here again next time in town. read more

This place has some really good pizza and the price point shows it. Around $3.00 a slice, $13 for a 12-inch , $16 for a 16-inch (additional toppings $2.00). Their pizza by the slice is awesome and sometimes the chefs in the back whip up their own creations so if you like something, take note of what they put on it. The staff is super friendly and nice but the second time we came the service was slow (waited 50 minutes for our custom pizza and wings) and they forgot our ranch dressing. Gets busy in the evenings and on weekends so you might have to park a street over but most of that is people sitting outside or at the bar. Overall, I'd recommend sticking to the slices or calling way ahead of time, and double check your order. read more

HomeSlice on E College is hands down the best pizza joint in town. After a horrific experience at the Homeslice on N. Main, Jennifer, Greyson, Jason, and Taren took care of us in a timely manner. A great spot that is open late and always has hot pizza ready. Traditional pepperoni pizza is great and we love the spicy slices (with green chile and jalapeños). Great pizza. Not sure how we missed this place all the other times we've been in Durango. A definite staple for future visits. The pizza was amazing. The garlic knots were a hit with the family too! On a rainy day, this place was hopping, so service was a bit slow due to the volume of folks in the establishment and those who ordered takeout. Highly recommend if you want great pizza in Durango! read more

If the "pizza" were as baked and entitled as the operation manager is then great. Otherwise, don't you dare call that pizza. You're better off getting a frozen pizza from the store and cooking it on your engine block. To call that raw, make you sick pizza is an insult to actual pizza. NOT worth the toilet paper. read more

About the best pizza in Durango. Lots of different kinds of pizza, by the slice, or whole pies. They have a sit down bar as well. Service is good, and the atmosphere is comfortable. Prices seem high for what you get, but then again, this is a popular tourist town, and that's what businesses in tourist towns do. read more

The food was good, the service was adequate and the patio ambiance was meh. I understand bussing our own tables, but servers may want to ensure the area is cleaned between guests. read more

All I ever order any more are the pepperoni rolls. Pizza dough and pepperoni and cheese fresh from the oven, brushed with a bit of oil, sprinkled with parm and parsely, with a side of marinara. I cannot resist these flavor bombs. The waitstaff is always friendly and helpful. Once in a while, the rolls come out a bit smaller (or bigger) than usual, or a bit overcooked. but they always taste great. Order these ahead, they take about 15 to 20 minutes. read more

One of the few places to grab a slice in Durango- if you're desperate enough to eat it. Once upon a time, these guys had pretty good pizza, even if crazy expensive. Now, the quality of ingredients is obviously very poor (greasy cheese!). Go buy some quality, even gourmet, ingredients, and go make it yourself for a lot less $$ and waaaayyy better pizza. read more
