I cannot recommend Le Le enough! My wedding dress was incredibly difficult to alter, and she spent…read morecountless hours making sure every detail was absolutely perfect. Her skill, attention to detail, and dedication truly exceeded my expectations. Not only is she exceptionally talented, but she is also one of the sweetest and most caring people to work with. She made the entire process stress-free and always took the time to ensure I felt confident and comfortable every step of the way. My dress fit like it was made specifically for me, and I couldn't have been happier on my wedding day. If you're looking for a tailor who genuinely cares about her clients and delivers beautiful, high-quality work, look no further. I would recommend her to anyone!

Went here to have some patches sewn on my leather vest. This was one of the only places in the area…read morethat I found that could do the work. It was about two weeks to have them sewn on and while they did ask me if it was ok to sew through the liner, they did sew through the liner and pockets rendering the inner left pocket unusable. I don't really use the pockets except maybe to put my phone in, but I would have thought that they wouldn't have done that. All in all I had 4 patches sewn on for $80. As you can see, one got sewn right through the inside pocket. I would have like to have been asked about that, but hindsight being 20/20, I guess if I need any more sewn, I'll let them know. This business seems to do a lot of alterations for wedding dresses, so I'm guessing not a lot of bikers are hitting them up to sew their cuts. Just be aware if that's something you need.

Horrible experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. She was extremely rude whenever we asked…read morequestions and became defensive when we were simply trying to understand the alterations process. We even explained that our questions were out of curiosity, not because we were doubting her work, but she still responded with attitude. At one point, when we were trying to reason with her, she outright told us she didn't want to be nice. Her customer service was completely unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable throughout the experience. To make matters worse, she shortened my dress more than what we had agreed upon. Between the poor communication, rude behavior, and the alteration not being done as discussed, I would not recommend coming here.

Used this location years ago when it was near Thunderbird and I-17. At that time they offered a…read moredrop-off bag with your information so you could leave your dry cleaning without waiting. It was a great system and one reason I trusted them. I no longer live in Arizona, but I recently had a wedding in the area and needed a suit and shirt cleaned. I decided to return to Express Cleaners because of my past experience. I dropped off my clothes Monday afternoon and requested Thursday pickup. I also asked for heavy starch on the shirt. I had a few other items cleaned with the same request. When I returned Thursday afternoon, my order was incomplete and one item was missing. The employee told me to come back the next day. I returned Friday and picked everything up. I trusted the order was correct and did not inspect the items before leaving. When I got back to my hotel, I noticed the shirts were not heavy starch at all. They were very lightly pressed. One red dress shirt also had a stain near the bottom that was not removed. That part is on me for not checking the clothes before leaving the store. I did pay extra for the heavy starch and expected the work to be done correctly. I tried calling the store so they could address the issue, but no one answered the phone. I now live in another state so there is little I can do about it. I am sharing this so others pay close attention when picking up their clothes. Check every item before you leave the counter. The quality and attention to detail were not what I expected based on my previous experience.
