But the reason that really prompted me to send this is to commend the staff that work at the climbing area. Every one of them were very kind and fun interacting with my grandsons. They were very thorough in preparing the kids. I love how they made the kids feel so comfortable and safe in their harnesses. In short you have a great group here. We had a good experience in the sleep lab buying our VERY expensive Temperpedic king mattress. Comes delivery day and we get a call that they cannot deliver the mattress because it was in the truck all night and it FROZE - thus being unable to fold it in half to bring it in without breaking it. Are you kidding me? What "reputable" mattress mover leaves an item susceptible to freezing in an unheated truck in an area where overnight temperatures are often below freezing? And even if it does freeze, well just ship us another one! You're big enough to be able to do that. Nope, had to be that mattress and we have to wait till it thaws. Almost comical had we not been so inconvenienced.

I asked if they had anything that was non-Christmas in their refrigerator that my son-in-law could pick up for me. Their designer Sarah told me they did not, but she told me that she could make an arrangement in a vase for my son-in-law to pick up that day. I know how busy they were with the holidays, and I so appreciated their willingness to do this. The beautiful vase of flowers was ready within two hours after I had called, and my son-in-law picked up the arrangement. He told me they even asked him to tell my daughter "Congratulations" on passing her exam. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, and their customer service was amazing! Animal lover? Prefer plaid over stripes? Towels to proclaim your love of whatever holiday is coming up? There is a towel - and maybe a matching pot holder - for that! Living in the city, the stores around here don't have a lot of the larger furniture items but they had a few big sofas and chairs, tables for homes larger than 600sf (lucky suburbanites) and outdoor rugs larger than my first condo.
