When I informed them of these damages I had to bug them for a response and they finally told me that the furniture was made to be this way....it is most definitely not designed to look like this. The top draw will not even shut...it Is clearly very damaged. I am very frustrated that they will not replace the damaged furniture they delivered to me. Overall poor experience. We also wanted a rustic look for the bedroom set and the owner helped us find exactly what we were looking for.
