I called on Saturday, December 20 because my daughter had passed an important exam that morning and I wanted to congratulate her with flowers. I asked if they had anything that was non-Christmas in their refrigerator that my son-in-law could pick up for me. Their designer Sarah told me they did not, but she told me that she could make an arrangement in a vase for my son-in-law to pick up that day. I know how busy they were with the holidays, and I so appreciated their willingness to do this. The beautiful vase of flowers was ready within two hours after I had called, and my son-in-law picked up the arrangement. He told me they even asked him to tell my daughter "Congratulations" on passing her exam. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, and their customer service was amazing! My daughter had just been promoted to an excellent position at her place of employment. While I was there, the poor clerks were working like crazy trying to keep up with all the last minute prom/Mother's Day requests. I never felt rushed, she honored my budget without a problem, showed me the appropriate arrangement(rather than trying to upsell as some do) and packaged my purchase in a thoughtful way. Last night I ordered the "Spring Garden Vase" from their 'Hillside Designs' selection online for my mom and flowers were delivered the next morning at normal delivery cost (a lot of other online florist charge you extra for next day or 2-day delivery). I'm surprised to see the negative reviews. I had ordered an arrangement on line from an online place that I posted a review on here and it was a horrible experience. They were for a funeral and when I asked the funeral director how they looked she said they looked fresh but very small. I asked her where I could get another quickly and she recommended Hillside. They were great! Delivered a great arrangement in short notice. I then used them a couple of weeks ago to send a friend's Mother some flowers in the hospital and she raved about how nice they were.
