My daughter had just been promoted to an excellent position at her place of employment. I googled florist in the Woburn Massachusetts area and after looking at a few websites, I decided to go with Hillside florist. I called them and I let them know that this floral arrangement needed to be pretty with a "wow" factor and I gave them my price range. Sarah was great to speak to and she told me they would make something special and then they would deliver it at the precise time. I needed it for her first day at her new position. They sent me a picture before they delivered it and I was very happy with their wonderful arrangement. Needless to say, everyone in her new office was commenting on how beautiful this arrangement was, including my daughter obviously lol. I definitely recommend Hillside Florist. They did an amazing job! read more

I called on Saturday, December 20 because my daughter had passed an important exam that morning and I wanted to congratulate her with flowers. I asked if they had anything that was non-Christmas in their refrigerator that my son-in-law could pick up for me. Their designer Sarah told me they did not, but she told me that she could make an arrangement in a vase for my son-in-law to pick up that day. I know how busy they were with the holidays, and I so appreciated their willingness to do this. The beautiful vase of flowers was ready within two hours after I had called, and my son-in-law picked up the arrangement. He told me they even asked him to tell my daughter "Congratulations" on passing her exam. The flowers were absolutely beautiful, and their customer service was amazing! I live in Ohio, but I will use this florist to send my daughter flowers in the future. Thank you, Hillside Florist! read more

I called in from out of state to have an arrangement sent to my twin daughters, who happened to be with each other on Valentine's Day. There was a special request to not have lillies or tulips in the arrangement because they were cat sitting. No problem! After learning that my friends mother passed away, I had decided a beautiful floral bouquet would help comfort her. It was well after Hillside had closed for the day, so I placed an order on line. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from the owner the next morning to go over the order & make a suggestion that she thought would be better. She was 100% right & my friend was totally delighted with with flowers. And just to add, the suggestion that the owner made, was less expensive than my original order. I highly recommend Hillside Florist. Sandy read more

Janet answered the phone ready to take care of us from the get go. Her breezy get it done style after hours of the Saturdays of other 'normal' florists delivery window was no bluff. Hillside turned around a beautiful cube bouquet in no time. A she got a returning, end of the day, driver to get it out to another town. All with a balloon and in time for our close friend and her hovering adult daughter mom -- moments after they arrived from the hospital -- unbeatable cheerfulness, service, efficiency and execution. Nice! Thank you to the whole Saturday team from my wife and I. read more

This is my one and only shop that I go to when I need flowers. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The flowers are always fresh and they do last for a long time. I purchased mothers day flowers with them for the first time this year. The service was excellent, location convenient and flowers were beautiful and loved by all. When I went to pick them up, an employee promptly found my order and walked it to my car for me. He even complimented my pup who was in the back seat, so I'd give 10 stars if I could. I will definitely be making them my new go to florist for all occasions. read more

I cannot recommend Hillside Florist enough! We used them for our backyard wedding this past weekend and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. I worked with Sherry and Charlie. I moved recently from California, so I had a few bridesmaids planning to come out. But with COVID, I had people canceling a different times the whole two weeks leading up to the wedding. With the bridal party constantly changing, my flower orders were changing almost every day! They were so understanding and made me feel so relaxed. They wanted to get things right, no matter how many changes needed to be made. By the wedding day, all the flowers were delivered on time to the two locations we asked, none were missing and they were more beautiful than I remembered! I highly recommend Hillside Florist for your next event! read more

Wow so impressed! Pat was a pleasure to work with and helped me with a urgent order. She even offered to head to the distributor for a special bud that I was looking to add. She suggested some in house option which would expedite the delivery. Within 3 hours, the flowers were putting a big smile on my recipient's face. Thanks Pat and Hillside! read more

I needed to get something fast for Mother's Day, so I stopped in on my break to see if they had any yellow roses. While I was there, the poor clerks were working like crazy trying to keep up with all the last minute prom/Mother's Day requests. Both ladies were very friendly and helpful in spite of their obvious stress. They were out of yellow roses, but thankfully one of the gentlemen working out back told me that they'd be getting some in tomorrow. Thanks to Hillside Florist, I'm not going to see my grandmother empty handed. Outstanding staff, beautiful flowers. If I ever need floral arrangements again, I will exclusively use their services. read more

Tammy is a flower goddess!!! From the very beginning, just meeting her, I knew that I would love her work. She had so much energy and made me believe she would bring my ideas to light. She was so accommodating to me regarding the vases and working with my venue (Tewksbury Country Club) and getting everything I wanted and needed. Tammy was unbelievable to work with and did EXACTLY what I wanted for the flowers. She was so helpful with everything and I couldn't believe how perfect she made everything. My centerpiece flowers were perfect, my bridesmaids flowers were full and beautiful, and my flowers were massive and gorgeous!! I wouldn't have changed a thing about working with her. I will forever use Hillside Florist because she was such a pleasure to work with and did an AMAZING job!!! read more

The woman that greeted and helped me couldn't have done a better job. I never felt rushed, she honored my budget without a problem, showed me the appropriate arrangement(rather than trying to upsell as some do) and packaged my purchase in a thoughtful way. The flowers were beautiful, lasted a long time I'm told and the receiver was delighted with the types of flowers as well as the presentation. I couldn't ask for more from a Florist. Although I don't live near this shop I will go out of my way again now that I feel I "know" them. read more

I just got my valentines roses for my bride and couldn't be more happy with them. I haven't splurged in a while but wanted to do something special for her this year. Hillside was just awesome to work with, I called and even though I'm sure they are totally stressed...they were friendly and took the time on the phone to guide me to the right arrangement. I picked them up about 1 hour later and they came out awesome, beautifully decorated in a nice vase. I ran them home so my wife will see them on the kitchen island when she gets home from work. Beautiful arrangements and excellent service! I'm usually iffy about ordering flowers online (because you never know if it will look like the picture) but they met, if not exceeded my expectations! Last night I ordered the "Spring Garden Vase" from their 'Hillside Designs' selection online for my mom and flowers were delivered the next morning at normal delivery cost (a lot of other online florist charge you extra for next day or 2-day delivery). She even cried when she received them because they were so beautiful and said the delivery man was so nice. I will definitely be ordering from them again and highly recommend them. I'm surprised to see the negative reviews. I had ordered an arrangement on line from an online place that I posted a review on here and it was a horrible experience. They were for a funeral and when I asked the funeral director how they looked she said they looked fresh but very small. I asked her where I could get another quickly and she recommended Hillside. They were great! Delivered a great arrangement in short notice. I then used them a couple of weeks ago to send a friend's Mother some flowers in the hospital and she raved about how nice they were. These are the only two encounters I've had with them but my experience has been great both times. read more
