- Bouquet price incl vase -$75 excl delivery/tax - Flowers were fresh - Delivery was excellent I've given 3-4 stars as in my opinion, the color combination is reminiscent of a 1970s wallpaper print and was expensive for the number of stems included. I would suggest that Pondview Florists advise customer how many stems in each bouquet price point as well as giving a choice of color tones. (I did request peonies in the bouquet...) Freshness of actual flowers, vase, speed of putting together the flowers and delivery were excellent. read more

I asked for same day delivery on two occasions and this place did not let me down. Diane is super responsive, efficient, and kind. She's absolutely delightful to work with. John even started his shift an hour early to accommodate my delivery. When I called to follow up, John answered and I was fortunate enough to directly thank him. Super nice guy! I would give 10 stars if I could and I would absolutely recommend this flower shop to anyone that expects great service. Thank you Pondview! read more

WFM across from the West Coast/Nor Cal- I'm calling in a last minute delivery favor in celebration of the Lesley University Cambridge MA Graduation Class of 2020. Plenty of Pink was a plus. The Staff delivered in all ways with an expansive menu of photos and decriptions to select. While the larger nearby Box Stores of Garden and Floral are order ahead and customer pick up, who are you going to call when a florist with attention to detail and quality will deliver to a home destination. read more

Picked up last minute flower for my friends! It was beautiful! The bouquet was unique and she loved it!

This business is top notch. I have ordered floral arrangements from them many times and they never disappoint. The owner and staff are the sweetest people in the business. Creative, courteous, and professional. I rely on them to take my parties to the next level presentationwise. I always bring in my own containers, trophies and tea tins, and they prepare the most unique and gorgeous arrangements. The owner actually offered to come in on her day off to make an arrangement for me and then she delivered it to my home! There is no other florist in my mind. You simply must order your flowers from Pondview! read more

Pondview Florist - Floral arrangement in a trophy for my Wimbledon Breakfast party. It was perfection! - Florists Near Me - Winchester, Massachusetts

I have been a longtime customer. I ordered a bouquet for my wife, to be delivered. They couldn't deliver yesterday. Today I had to remind them. When the bouquet arrived, even my wife said that for $70, it was small. 3 roses, 3 gierbas, and some fillers. Better to go somewhere else next time. The last two times I have been disappointed. read more

I am am so disappointed with a recent purchase from Pondview Florist. I placed an order for a Premium displayed advertised on their website and the photo was lovely. I, of course, expected the display to vary. However, I did not expect $100 for a display with snapdragons (or similar, as I am not a floral expert. It was disheartening. read more

Who would have guessed that a person could have so much fun picking up a birthday arrangement??? After walking into the shop, I was greeted and made to feel very welcome. I knew how much I wanted to spend, and the young lady began piecing together a very special arrangement (as a a matter of fact I was nervous that she misunderstood the dollar amount we discussed; the arrangement looked to be a very exspensive one). Come to find out that I have just been spending huge amounts of money on flowers elsewhere for no reason! The bouquet cost no more than my budget and it was so thoughtfully put together. I will most definitely be bringing all of my business back to Pondview and the friendly, talented staff there! read more

Top Notch! I ordered an arrangement of mixed potted plants with white roses added, for the wake of a friend's mother. Saw it tonight at the funeral home. Pondview Florist did a beautiful job. My friend loves the potted arrangement and plans to take it home with her after the funeral tomorrow. Jen was great on the phone and helped me make the perfect choice! read more

I received a birthday arrangement from you this afternoon. It was absolutely gorgeous! The colors, arrangement, flower selection, size... I called my sister to let her know how thrilled I was, but thought you'd like to know too. I'm putting you in my "rolodex" - and will gladly recommend you to family and friends. read more

We recently lost our mother. Pondview florist did an amazing job with the flowers for her services - a spray and other arrangements. I would definitely recommend them to others. The wake happened to fall on Valentine's Day which is already an extremely busy day. Regardless they created beautiful arrangements for the services and with little lead time. Thank you very much! read more

Great selection and really unique arrangements. It's great to have local gems in town like this.

I ordered a flower arrangement to be delivered to My Sister's gravesite. I received a phone call after the first delivery attempt was made and then Dennis the delivery driver called me and I gave him specific directions to help find the gravesite! I was very impressed with him and his determination and efforts to make this delivery! Now that they are familiar with the Cemetery, I will be using them quite often in the future! Excellent Customer Service! read more

We get our weekly office floral arrangements from Pondview and have for years. Diane is amazing! It seemed like everyone who comes to the front desk has something to say about her gorgeous pieces! Each one is so tasteful and beautifully thought out, with little details that really make them stand out. The flowers are always so fresh and last well beyond the week. When you send someone flowers, you never really know what they're going to get (it's not like they'd call you to say they were dead or ugly lol) - go with someone whose work you can trust. They did a mother's day arrangement for my mom that was above and beyond. I see their consistent work week after week and I would recommend Pondview to anyone. read more

Here we are in the middle of self-isolating and getting ready for weeks more of this separation from those we love and all of a sudden Pondview Florist is at my door delivering a gorgeous bouquet from my daughter! I had no idea that florists were still delivering, but Pondview is and does a beautiful job. In the time of coronavirus, a bouquet of beauty and hope does more than just lift the spirit; it connects us to the ones we love who are thinking of us . Thank you, Pondview! read more

Wow this place knows how to take care of a customer. I ordered an arrangement from here and it was great. The florists were very attentive and patient to my needs. Pondview went above and beyond when my Mom called in an order for my son when he was in the hospital. She wanted balloons tied to a Lego set instead of flowers...they went to Catch a Falling Star and picked the set up and then called my Mom. To let her know that they had been able to pick it up for her :) My son was thrilled and it kept him busy while he was getting better. Thank you! read more

I called Pondview Florist today from our home here in Michigan, needing a sympathy arrangement sent for an Uncle who just passed away in Winchester. I didn't catch the name of the sweet lady who answered the phone and took my order, but she was so kind and helpful! She made the process so easy and quick and I could just feel her warmth and caring through the phone. Thank you Pondview Florist for making it so easy on us living so far away. You are very much appreciated! read more

Very rude and snobby staff. I was in the store to purchase some flowers and after waiting some time before someone acknowledged me and asked if I am being helped, they suggested to "come back later, like in an hour, you know...cause we're busy". Excuse me for interrupting you, but I am a customer and trying to give you my business. Never again! read more

I sent flowers to my mum at the last minute on Valentine's Day. My bad for waiting so long, but they crafted a lovely arrangement and made such a personal effort to get her those flowers I have to give them 5 stars. From the recipient: "Beautifully arranged in a circular glass vase are at least a dozen fully opened dusty rose-colored roses, many (now opened) purple tulips, many freesias and many tiny red blossoms throughout....Even though I haven't been out much because of snow-ice-rain-freezing temps, the florist picked one of those times to deliver. Finally On Sunday, I got a voice mail from Pond View Florist that they missed me and would call before delivering. While I was in Brookline on Monday morning, they called my cell phone and I was able to answer. We agreed that they could deliver after 1 PM. The florist delivered them herself and profusely apologized. It is so beautiful and aromatic that I gave her a big tip. It is still beautiful and I love waking up to the aroma or smelling it when I come in from the cold." It's like they cared as much about how her Valentine's Day was as we did. They called me too and I was in so many meetings I didn't listen to my messages until the weekend. I know she loves smelling the sugary freesias and roses! read more

I ordered a bouquet over the phone that I saw on their website. Ordering was easy and the bouquet delivered on time. My problem is that the bouquet didn't really look like the daisy/rose combo from the online picture. I did ask them if the bouquet would look like the one online and they said, yes. I was told they didn't have exact vase but had something similar the problem was that there were about half the roses pictured. It was filled with daisies and a few roses here and there tucked in. When I flew in and saw them at the party I had to pull the roses out so they could stand out a little and it wouldn't seem like I had paid $35 for a bouquet of daisies. I paid a total of $52 for flowers and delivery. Which seem like a bit of a rip off. Maybe my experience would have been different had I walked in versus ordering over the phone but I wouldn't use them again. read more

Pondview is the best and is everything you could want from a small business... beautiful flowers, fair prices, and a team that is incredibly friendly, professional and talented. Their floral arrangements are stunning - and always at a reasonable price. I've called numerous times for some last-minute help (seems I'm always remembering birthdays and anniversaries at the last moment!) and the team always bails me out. My mom has been the envy of her co-workers for years for the Pondview arrangements that sit on her desk at work. I can't recommend Pondview highly enough. read more

Am I the only one who thinks that this place is way to independent for my business. My husband ordered a flower arrangement and since I wasn't home, they left a note at my door to call. I called them back the next day and said I wanted my flowers delivered this morning. I was told they didn't presently have driver to drop off the flowers and gave me no alternative. I had mentioned that I could pick them up myself (not that I was going to do this). I just wanted to hear how they would respond and do business. The person on the phone told me of course you can pick them up and didn't even say that they would be happy to deliver them especially since I'm sure my husband paid for that service. So in my mind this business seems very independent and I guess they don't really need my business. That same day I called back again (at 11:am) regarding if they were able to deliver them to my home. Luckily, the woman told me that she had her driver there and he would deliver them in 10 minutes and that did occur. I think I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Clearly the best flower shop in the area. They always knows what to do. Very creative always on time with deliveries and pick ups.
