Copper Penny did a fine job with the fall arrangement I requested for the Concord Animal Hospital's 10th anniversary as a business. I appreciated how responsive they were to my floral suggestions. CAH staff texted me today to say the arrangement that arrived was "gorgeous!" Copper Penny also did the florals for my late husband's services - tasteful and beautiful. I am happy to support this business and confident in their work for important occasions. Marian Stanley Concord MA. read more

I like to give an interesting bunch of flowers. Here I suggest a price target and ask them to include as much variety as possible, and they do an excellent job for me. The flowers usually last a week or two. read more

Copper Penny was the absolute best choice as our wedding vendor and it shows!!! What I loved about working with this team was that it was so collaborative. The team works closely with you to understand what you like, what you don't like, and offer their expertise on what's in season and what it will take to get to your desired vision. Ultimately, I left a lot of the creativity in their hands and the end result was stunning. I can't recommend them enough! read more

I have not actually seen the flowers yet, but the customer service was exceptional. I placed a phone order to have flowers delivered to my mother who lives in that area. The woman who took care of the order was so personable and professional. I chose one of the flower arrangements they offer online and customized the colors for my mom's favorites. Cannot wait to see pictures of the flowers when they arrive! read more

Was it a bait and switch?! Who knows...Very disappointed. This arrangement stinks. I placed an online order for a long low Thanksgiving table arrangement for $225. I have the confirmation and was charged that amount. However, they sent my friend the cheaper and substantially smaller bouquet valued at $150! Had my friend not sent a picture to me via text, I would have never known the shop charged me for the large arrangement and shipped the smaller arrangement! I can't tell if it was a deliberate switch and a way to boost profit - but I shouldn't have to send an image to prove that indeed she got the wrong item even though I was charged for the larger arrangement. Surely they should have noticed before billing and delivering ?! Easy enough - with many online orders this kind of switch-a-roo would be pretty easy to pull off. A very shady way to do business in this day of shared phone images and texts! After having been treated brusquely by staff they said they would go collect the wrong item delivered yesterday and replace it with the correct one today. That might have been worse! Who knows what condition the 'replacement' would be after me having to argue that I felt cheated. What would the recipient think as well...when someone shows up to make an exchange?! I opted for a refund but I am still frustrated since the larger bouquet was a more fitting "Thank You" and that is why I chose that size in the first place. The store clerk says a reimbursement will likely take many days because only the owner can credit my card the overpayment and she is away. The whole experience leaves a lingering bad scent - pun intended. read more

I placed an order on Copper Penny Flowers' Website. I asked them to put a soft, springy arrangement together to show my mother-in-law how special she is, and how much we love and miss her. When my mother-in-law received the flowers she texted me "Thank you. It is one of the most beautiful bouquets I have ever seen!" Thank you so much for doing such a beautiful job! read more

My new favorite florist. The thanksgiving centerpiece for our table was truly a work of art. Flowers are fresh, color scheme is creative, and the attention to detail is evident throughout! read more

Absolutely the most beautiful creative arrangements! Their customer service is outstanding.

A beautiful bouquet prepared by Jill at Copper Penny Flowers, she was so patient when the reception on the phone wasn't great. The bouquet was exactly what my mum hoped for, an English/woodland bouquet with whites, lilacs, pinks, and greens~ You can be guaranteed that you'll get what you hoped for, with the nicest service. read more

Brides beware! Although the florists did a great job with the flowers for my wedding, the customer service was less than ideal. Copper Penny requires several (exhaustive) meetings to plan for the wedding day, but have limited availability to have said meetings (only available times are during the workday). I work full time, so I ended up asking family members to fill in for me at these meetings, just for Copper Penny to cancel them at the last minute. If I could do it over again, I would find a florist that is more organized. They do a great job but it wasn't worth the 12 months of headaches. read more

I selected this flower shop based on the review. I specifically asked for tulips to be delivered. The person on the phone said it would be tulips with a few other flowers. There was not one tulip in the vase. I would have appreciated a call before sending to get my opinion for $95. read more

Very disappointed with an order for a friend's birthday. It was supposed to be a $100 arrangement not incl dly charge. Thete were only 2 stems of stock, 2 peonies and 1 stem of spray roses and some greens. Looked like it was just thrown together! Had the recipient not sent me a pic, I would have never known (and that's what I think some florists count on). I called and left a message, but never got a call back. Last time I do business with this florist! read more

What a phenomenal flower shop. I found them about six months ago and in that time they have wowed me (and more importantly my girlfriend and her coworkers) on several occasions!!! The latest arrangement was for Valentine's Day, which they recommended sending a little early. I'm a little old fashioned and hesitant on that but...Oh My!!! I came out looking like an incredible hero...Thank you Jennifer!!!! The flowers alone were incredibly beautiful but the extra day with the flowers was a huge hit!!! read more

I found Copper Penny Flowers on the web by searching for actual floral shops (not a 1-800 service) in Lincoln and Concord. My friend's family member has passed away that Saturday morning and wanted to send him flowers asap that day. I completed my online order at 9:00am and I received a call from the shop a little while later to tell me they were out of one of the flowers that appeared in the basket online. We quickly made some decisions and they were delivered in a few hours. My friend sent me a photo and they were breathtaking. Thank you Coppy Penny! read more

After researching online and calling numerous florists in the Concord, MA area, I quickly grew disenchanted with what should have been an easy, feel-good experience: sending flowers. Granted, it was 2:30pm on a Wednesday afternoon and I was hoping for same-day delivery, but the arrangement was just going to a local hospital--totally doable, right? Wrong. So very wrong. Several online vendors immediately declined the order due to timing. One shop told me they could accommodate my timeframe, so I asked if I could email, text or verbally share a link with the arrangement I had in mind? This was met with an exasperated sigh, followed by an explanation that they didn't have those flowers. Mind you, this was before I even described it or sent a link/photo. Next. When I stumbled upon Copper Penny Flowers' website, I was instantly drawn to their fresh, modern arrangements in stunning colors--a far cry from the ho-hum, generic selections I'd seen everywhere else. I figured they'd be way out of my range, but when I called to inquire about alternative options, Caroline couldn't have been more upbeat and helpful. Unlike so many others, who led with what they weren't able to do for me, she asked open-ended questions and suggested minor tweaks and modifications to mirror the essence and volume of the design I envisioned, kept it within my budget, and was able to include same-day shipping in the final price we agreed upon. She designed an arrangement over the phone that utilized my favorite blooms in an incredible color scheme, in a gorgeous, contemporary design. Better still? She let me know that they'd deliver it within the hour. Done and done! Needless to say, it took all the pain out of purchasing a floral arrangement across state lines, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Kudos to Copper Penny Flowers! I have already added the florist to my contact list for any and all floral needs in the area. May the small, local florist--who actually collaborates with the customer vs. a borg with zero flexibility--continue to bloom and thrive! read more

Absolutely beautiful work! Copper Penny did the floral arrangements for my wedding this October and everything was gorgeous the day of. Jennifer worked with me extensively to create the vision I had for my wedding while staying within budget. Our first sample arrangement, I wasn't completely enamored, and Jennifer said we could continue to work to fit my vision better. I had trouble articulating what I wanted exactly, and she was very patient through flower sample requests and email exchanges to figure out what I had in mind. The day of, I was absolutely blown away with how beautiful the centerpieces and bouquets were! They captured my wedding colors perfectly, and had all the flowers and details I'd wanted and more! Very pleased with how everything turned out, and would definitely recommend! read more

Copper Penny Flowers provided the floral arrangements for my wedding this past June 1st in Canton, MA, and our experience was nothing but wonderful! To start, Copper Penny had me create a floral Pinterest board in order to get the best possible understanding of what I'd envisioned for my wedding day flowers. From there, they scheduled a call to discuss my selections and a trial centerpiece arrangement appointment. As the wedding day approached, they were flexible to late additions and flower-type swapping. The day of, Copper Penny staff were already on-site setting up when my bridal party and I arrived. Most importantly, the flower arrangements (bouquets, table arrangements, ceremony flowers, arbor, cake decorations) were absolutely STUNNING and even better than anything I could have imagined myself. I would recommend Copper Penny Flowers to anyone prioritizing flowers on their big day! read more

I have ordered flowers from Copper Penny Flowers three times in the past couple of months (a total of five arrangements). I needed a florist close to Lincoln to send flowers to some dear friends and I wanted the floral arrangements to be perfect. Ordering flowers online can be a very "iffy" proposition. I googled florists in that area and took my chances on Copper Penny Flowers and I am truly glad I did! On all three occasions they delivered the most beautifully arranged and opulent bouquets I have ever seen. The flowers were amazingly fragrant. My friends were thrilled beyond words and this made me so very happy and satisfied. I don't know if I will have need to use their services very often in the future, but if I do I would definitely give them my repeat business. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to my friends and anyone else who asked. read more

I am a florist in Cambridge MA. When the husband of a former employee of ours called wanting to send flowers to his wife, he asked who he should use. (She was staying in a town outside our delivery area.) I was familiar with Copper Penny flowers from our wire service and their website, though I have never used them personally. He followed my advice, and when I contacted the recipient, she said the flowers were just gorgeous, and she sent me a photo. The flowers could not have been more perfect. read more

Really disappointed in this shop. I called and spoke with Amanda and asked to have an arrangement made and they said it could be ready by the afternoon. I was assured it would be done by 2pm. I later called and asked for it to be delivered and they said it would get to me. I waited all night and the flowers never came. Maybe Amanda was too busy trying to push me to spend more money to remember when I asked for the flowers to be ready by and to be delivered. I called and asked for a refund and even then she was still aggressive with me and tried to get me to have the flowers sent a day late. Very unprofessional, Winston's is much better. If two phone calls is too much for you to handle then you should re think your business. Who wants flowers the day after their birthday? Of course a refund should be given when the company is at fault, that's basic business. The flowers were CLEARLY expected and stayed to be ready by 2pm by Amanda the day of, not the day after. read more

The flowers were beautiful/exceptional; their service was immaculate/professional. I would use them again unequivocally.

We used Copper Penny Flowers for our Daughter's wedding in Groton and they were gorgeous. We did 15 tables, a wood backdrop, stand up vase and entry flowers- in addition to the bride, bridesmaids and men's corsage. A week before we got a sample picture of table arrangement and my daughter wanted more color which they were able to add. The price seemed very fair and everyone commented on how beautiful they were. I would highly recommend them! read more

We have used the Copper Penny for years for our holiday centerpieces. But this year, my daughter had her wedding in our backyard, instead of the 300-person wedding she had planned in California. Copper Penny were patient with our delays, very responsive to her specific requests, and provided not only the flowers for the wedding party, but also a stunningly beautiful arbor festooned with gorgeous roses, greenery and a lovely diaphanous drape. They even coordinated with the baker, to provide the perfect flowers for the cake. They came the next day to disassemble and retrieve the arbor. They were on time, professional, polite, accommodating, and reasonably-priced. We were thrilled. read more

I've ordered from Copper Penny Flowers twice before. Living in Los Angeles, and being very particular in my flower choice, it is hard for me to find flower delivery that I trust and am happy with the finished product (I tend to like picking out flowers myself for all bouquets). Both times I've called and spoken to Ellen, given my price range, color palette, and types of flowers I enjoy. Both times the produce was fantastic and elegant. Highly recommend this store! read more

I'll start by saying that this place does have very beautiful flowers, they very graciously stayed open a little late to make a bouquet for me and the woman who created it was very sweet. Unfortunately I really feel like I overpaid for the bouquet I received. Don't get me wrong, it was a beautiful set of flowers. But I was planning on buying 2 bouquets for family friends when they had a death in the family; I was hoping to get a slightly larger one and one slightly smaller, hopefully totaling $60. I was told their bouquets start at $40, so I decided to get one big one for $60. While she was making it I was in another room and was nervous it was going to be too big, that I had spent too much money on what would be flowers for a somber occasion. But the blooms of the arrangement she brought out were in total no bigger than a basketball. They really were lovely, but if I had known I'd be getting such a tiny arrangement anyways I would've just gotten the most basic set at $40. I had also seen a price list for individual stems, and I don't understand how a rose can cost $2.50, but a collection of maybe a dozen flowers can cost $60. Despite that though, the flowers they have really are very beautiful and the woman who created my arrangement was very accommodating. I definitely recommend it if you can afford it, but if you're looking for a less expensive option than you might have to look outside of Concord. read more

I cannot recommend Copper Penny Flowers enough! They gave me the most stunning flowers for my wedding! I have never seen such unique and beautifully crafted arrangements anywhere else. Their shop has character and it really shows in their flowers. Jennifer and her whole team were so kind and personable to my family, my wedding planner, and me throughout the entire process. Trying to plan a wedding in Boston while living in DC could have been a nightmare, but Jennifer and the whole Copper Penny team were always willing to coordinate via email, phone, or share ideas on Pinterest. They worked hard to give me all the flowers I wanted, even getting beautiful irises in February!
