She offered me 2 roses (asked what color I would like, I went with white) and with some baby breath. She then wrapped them up nicely and offered me to blank cards to include. $10 for the two. I went in on a Sunday and spoke with a young lady who quoted me $40 - $50 per each bouquet after showing her a photo for inspiration, and $15 - $20 for the groom's boutonniere. I then received a call Monday from James after placing my order confirming pickup details and price was confirmed to be $120.00 plus tax for my pickup the following day, $50 for each bouquet and $20 for the boutonniere plus tax. He also informed me I would have to come in later than the originally planned 8am pickup time, which was not an issue. On Tuesday I reached out to James to ask if I could pickup the order Wednesday before the ceremony, which he said was fine. I again asked to confirm that on pickup morning I would pay $120.00 for the complete order and pick up the celebration lunch bouquet on Sunday morning, he confirmed. Today, when my sister went to pick up the ceremony flowers, she was told it would be $120.00 for today only and another $100 for the celebration lunch bouquet. She spoke with Shannon, supposed manager, who was incredibly unprofessional and walked away as I apologized for any possible confusion and tried to explain the situation on speaker phone and my conversations with the young lady on Sunday and my 2 calls with James earlier this week. Shannon said, as she walked away from the conversation, that we would just leave it at that price and I could pickup the other bouquet on Sunday. Shortly thereafter I received a call from James, yelling at me and essentially threatening that I shouldn't dare come by Sunday and pick up the other bouquet. I have never been spoken to like this by a man a day in my life, and I was certainly not going to start today. I informed James we did not need his order and hung up. Buyer beware of these scammers, never again.

I sent her a few pictures from Pinterest of the type of bouquet I was looking for and I needed it to go on a candelabra. I am creative but I honestly couldn't figure out how to get the flowers to ring the candelabra correctly and still be able to transport it and my time was running short. She graciously agreed to go that day to the flower market and get the silk flowers and have the centerpiece ready for me in 48 hours. When I got the centerpiece from her it was exactly what I wanted and she arranged the flowers in such a way that I was able to transport it easily. She added a few bling elements completely free to help make the piece sparkle and she offered to take them out if I didn't like them. I loved them and it really made the whole piece come together with the exact look I was going for! I was so happy with it that I changed my plans on another show I had coming up and asked her to make me another centerpiece for that show. I told her glitzy beach theme in cream, white & teal blue and she nailed it. I'm the type of person who knows what I want when I see it, but have a very hard time communicating what I'm looking for to service providers. Jenna really went above and beyond to listen to me and help bring my vision to life. I received hundreds of compliments from brides on the two pieces she created. I hope I have an opportunity to use her services again in the future!

Jeri Solomon Floral Designs - Phenomenal!…read more I cannot speak highly enough about florist Jeri Solomon. I hired Jeri for my wedding and she was exceptional from start to finish and I recommend her to anyone looking for a true professional that is organized, experienced, and talented. I had the great pleasure of meeting via telephone Jeri in the fall of 2017, by way of referral from a family friend. At the time, I was living in California while planning my Boston wedding so I was limited to calls with potential vendors versus in person meetings. On our introductory call, Jeri was organized, concise and provided helpful guidance and suggestions that fit the parameters of my budget and desired aesthetic. I felt completely at ease after our conversation and confident that Jeri was Similarly, I was very impressed with the level of detail and thoughtfulness Jerry put into our follow-up call to ensure she understood my preferences and desired outcome for each aspect of the wedding day florals. Jeri also emailed me sample photos as we discussed options for centerpieces, ceremony flowers, bridal bouquets, etc. which allowed for an efficient and targeted selections. The wedding day florals were nothing short of exemplary. Jeri perfectly executed each aspect of the flower arrangements that I had envisioned and discussed during our calls and final meeting. I was overjoyed with the reception centerpieces - they were exactly on point with my desired aesthetic. My vision for the bridal bouquet was perhaps the floral piece I was most excited about; a long, flowing garland of greens and flowers affixed to wearable bangle. Although my unique bouquet request was a first for Jeri, the finished product was beyond exquisite and perfectly captured the concept I had envisioned. Overall, I was thrilled with the wedding day florals that importantly, fell within my budget and the precise itemized invoice Jeri provided well in advance of the wedding itself. In sum, I was thrilled with Jeri Solomon Floral Design, from the seamless handling of logistics and execution to the fabulous wedding day floral arrangements (especially, as noted above, the amazing bridal bouquet). Jeri is without a doubt worth every penny and I recommend her without hesitation for any event and floral needs you may have.
