I also found this cute little pink egg chair and gold seahorse table. I really want both of them, but I'm waiting until we move so I know what will fit where. High-end and low-end decor; there is something for everyone here. You are going to see everything you didn't even know you needed. I've left here with 4 bags of delicious gourmet popcorn because the food items are not guaranteed to be seen again; 4-5 boxes of tea because there is such an awesome variety of unique options. I did not get the Kate Spade dishes but you can. They have a pretty cool furniture selection here and you will not have the same items as all of your friends on the block. I personally haven't purchased any furniture but I do admire it. In the bath section they have a few personal items like scrub brushes, shower caps, soap-on-a-rope loofahs etc. On multiple occasions, I have had excellent experiences with the cashiers and even with a manager. Excellent customer service. The staff that I have come into contact here have been so relaxed, friendly and helpful. A manager saw me holding a sealed box up to me ear while turning it around and she asked if I needed help. She offered to cut open the box and one of the cups was indeed chipped. read more

Tons of great home items. They have healthy foods and organics too! This is one of the nicer Homegoods stores I've ever been in - but I assumed it would be pretty nice since it's in the Red mill area. They typically cater to the income and location. Recently I went on a gal's weekend getaway and stopped in here to buy some speciality snacks. I got some really good trail mixes, healthy popcorn and coconut snacks for the girls. Everything I tried was very good and some of these items you can't get anywhere else locally so I'll be sure to stop in here and browse the goodies. This store is pretty large and has a section for everything: pets, garden, lamps, bath, decor, frames, kids, bedding, mirrors, furniture, pillows, seasonal, kitchen, laundry, etc, etc. I'm sure I'm forgetting something but you get the point. They have TONS of kitchen stuff going all the way through to standard plates and bowls - or decorative kitchen items - pots and pans (like calphalon) - and storage. I've found some really good things in here already and bought a few glass storage jars I love. I can tell this place is going to get me into a lot of trouble in years to come but I'm excited about having this place so close when I need to find the perfect item for my home or the perfect gift. read more

Bright spacious store, great location, and new. I love that it's always clean here and pretty much organized. Everyone is friendly and seem like they love working here. Whatever it is you need for your home, kitchen, garden, or office count on Home Goods to have it. If you see something you like, my biggest advice would be to BUY IT. Brand new and spacious store now open on Upton Blvd, Right next to Target. Tons of shoppers in here midday on a Thursday when I came in to check the place out. TJ Maxx/ Marshalls/ Homegoods stores all fall under the same corporate ownership. I believe this is the first store that is exclusively "Homegoods" in this area, where 100% of the square footage is dedicated to home furnishings. Very clean, very nice and helpful employees as well! Check it out. Almost guaranteed that you'll find something cool for your place in here. read more

So you know how Homegoods & TJ Maxx are affiliated, right? I do love TJ Maxx, but boy do I LOVE me some Homegoods a whole lot more! When we lived in Short Pump (Richmond) for a year, and stepped into their Homegoods store for the first time, I was in heaven!!! Every possible home decor item was there, for such an amazing price. When my mom would visit, it was always on the "list of places we have to visit while in town for the weekend." And she always filled the trunk up with purchases. We always, said, "OMG, we need a stand alone Homegoods store in Va Beach, not one of these combined ones." (Va Beach Blvd. Nothing wrong with it, but this is just way better.) Fast forward to 2015...wishes do come true!!! Can you imagine my surprise and excitement when going to Target one day (Red Mill) and looking to the side and seeing a sign - "Homegoods coming soon." O M G! It pretty much made my day. Heck, even my year. This place is so bright, big, clean, and full of beautiful items to decorate your home, dorm room, apartment, or office with. This place carries furniture, carpet, wall decor, kitchen items, gift items, stationery goods (my favorite), & so much more! I'm just in love with this place. Not too many people even know this is here yet, but I'm definitely spreading the word! Come here & get all the pretty things you want for a way better price than what you'd pay at the big department stores! read more

walked into my local home good this afternoon and was appalled at the service. Went in looking for rugs, there were limited options displayed and some rolled up on the floor. I started shifting through the rugs as they were packaged and priced, when all of a sudden the store worker organizing the rugs approaches me and stares at me, not saying a word. "Hello?" I greet him, as the customer, LOL. "Whatcha doing over here, huh?" I was shocked at the unprofessional and condescending tone. Proceeded to speak down to me for the remainder of our short conversation. Would have thought I was trying to steal and 8x12 area rug!!! I worked in customer service for years and would never speak to someone like that. Sad to say I left the store without a rug and will not be returning anytime soon. read more

I come here entirely too often and spend too much here....but I can't help myself, they have some really unique household accents and finds that you don't see every day...late July-late October is my peak time to visit...I come 1-2 a week and snatch up all of the spooky cutesy items that I can for my spookily themed place. read more

I came here for its grand opening and I was in home decor heaven. I literally wanted to purchase everything in sight but I reluctantly resisted. This new store is very clean and has a lot to offer. Also, it is conveniently next to Target. They have everything you could ever wish for: yummy food, beautiful pillows, rugs, desks, bedding, etc. All of the employees were helpful and happy to be there. Not to mention that you get through the check out pretty quickly, which was amazing considering that the check out line wrapped around the whole store! If the store wasn't as busy I think I could have been there all day and spent tons of money. lol This is location has a good selection however it's packed with stuff so navigating with a cart and other shoppers can be challenging. I came to HomeGoods in search of a full length floor mirror. My friends had always mentioned to checkout Homegoods but never really had the opportunity as they are a bit out of the way from where I live. Luckily we were grabbing breakfast nearby so popped right in. They had a wide assortment of mirrors among many other things. We were in a rush so didn't get to walk through the store entirely but it was neatly organized and well displayed. Wait time for register was very fast. Very clean and bright, good layout. The male employees on the floor were bringing out merchandise and were greeting me left and right and asking how everything was. One even chased my daughter to give her a sticker. The female cashier didn't even smile as i checked out. Anyway, this place have a lot of very nice things for the home, I wish I could buy them all.
