I ordered a drive up order since I have a sick toddler. I forgot items and made a second order 30 minutes later. The second order was ready 5 hours later and had to be picked up by the end of the day. The first order was ready the next morning and I had til Friday to pick it up. Why the first one was ready second, I do not understand. I ordered 2 guaranteed pickup since I needed the help with the groceries, but when I arrived, the drive up "is unavailable." They could easily just turn off the feature as other stores have done. Save the headache and go to Methuen, or just skip all targets.

To the point where it's likely a safety hazard. How management allows this is beyond me. The layout is weird and doesn't follow the same format most Target stores seem to follow. The selection of beer and wine sucks and is randomly scattered through the grocery section. The only thing this Target has going for it is self-checkout. Even the lack of sales tax doesn't make it worth the trip here. I'd go to any of the Massachusetts locations before this one.

Customer Service is dependent on the person waiting on you. I entered my order at the customer service kiosk and waited..waited..waited. The store greeter saw me waiting and when I asked she wouldn't call anyone to help me. Poor attitude. I had to go wait in the Customer Service line (and wait yet again). They called for help. Reward your Associates for good performance; it will pay you back ten-fold. Your website is nothing like Amazon. The 'feel' of your stores are like walking into a 1970's K-mart.

Great variety and seasonal items. I also like the food section- you never know what you can find here. So glad they came to Salem- now I can shop local. One small neg is that you can not use your payback gift card if you earn a new one - as I had earned another one when I shopped. Now I have 2!
