Mr Rude pointed me to a display of Haggar pants, available at Kohls then said "you need them hemmed. Then pointed me to a wall of suits and said "those are long and have to be tailored". No measurements, no customer service, said "you have to decide what you want. ". I did decide that I will NEVER return. Selection was poor, prices were high and customer service was zero. For instance, a 5XLT fits more like a 3XL. It is tapered and very snug. I am looking for someone, anyone in the corporate office to contact me based on this comment. I met with a lady salesperson who was very nice and eager to assist in getting me the correct options. I chose a better pair of pants made by Harbor Bay with the elastic waist and belt option. Apparently this is the only company putting out these pants in their stock. The pants fit well, which was and is great for me. Pants are tough for heavy people to find but this store always prevails. Inside the store is clean and bright with plenty of clothing choices. They even have a line of New England Pro Teams clothing. I tried on a zippered too for NE Patriots but it just did not fit well, would fit better for a tall person with my build though. Prices are expensive but that's typical for a male clothing store. If you want to spend cheap, go to a big box retailer and get junk clothing. I'm guilty of it too. I don't come here often because i usually buy bulk one time when I'm here. I don't need to replace my clothes all that often, but if I do, I know i can depend on this store for options. Private parking lot and convenient off the main road. This review is for Walking Company online. I really wish I had read reviews prior to getting…read moreinvolved with them. I placed the first order which went fine, and I loved the shoes. Second order shoes didn't fit so I returned. Per tracking they received the item back on 4-1. A week ago and no refund. I contacted them and the AI bot said returns take 15 days from when the item is received. Why would that be? Do they just want two weeks of float on the money, or are they really that inefficient? Anyway a major red flag. But the real shocker came on the third order. An item was sent that had absolutely nothing to do with my order and was three sizes too small!! And it was a final sale. Customer service did send a return label once I proved I had the wrong item. Thing is, the invoice in the box was also for the wrong item, which doesn't match the order. So I have little faith they will be able to figure this out. Great shoes, but this business is a mess. In this day and age with so much online ordering this kind of thing is unacceptable. If a Walking Company store was nearby I'd probably frequent a bricks and mortar store, but I won't be ordering online from them again.
