I always have a great experience at this home depot. It's extremely rare for them to be out of whatever I'm looking for. Do your homework and check online to make sure what you need is in stock. Employees are always helpful and are always willing to help load heavy items. Most impressed with one of the managers who goes by Jess? He has a commanding presence in the store and from the looks of it has a great grasp of the flow of what's going on in the store. He goes out of his way to say hi when I see him always asks if I'm doing ok. He's got his finger on the pulse of this store. Best home depot I've been to... thanks Jess and thanks to your crew too read more

What's not to like here? The place is typically kept organized and pretty clean. As with other HomeGoods and the maxxs, some things are consistently brought to the stores and other times can be a one off deal. Parking is good, staff is always nice, and plenty of deals. This is one of the very few stores I'd shop in person rather than online. read more

One of the workers, Angelina was so sweet and found me exactly what I needed when I thought it was sold out. Thanks! :)

I went to this location yesterday for the first time. It was very nice. I prefer it much more than the one located in La Crescenta. The store is owned by TJ Maxx, so if you get a gift card for TJ you can use it there too. Very cool. You can get some great finds here. The store is well organized, but can be a tight squeeze when there are too many people in there. Definitely have some nice pieces! The checkout is kind of confusing and people can be rude. read more

For a while, I was coming here frequently in search for some new home decor and was pleased to find out that there's always ample parking and the store is fairly empty each time! The store is pretty clean, considering their inventory is a mish mash of every product under the sun. They have a good selection of dinnerware, drinkware, storage units, dog products, frames and a lot more! I think I was most pleasantly surprised by the selection of dog products at this location. I found some antlers chews for my dog for $2 each, where I'd paid upwards of $15 for the same sized item at Petco. I've also found giant dog toys for $3 here that my dog absolutely adores - plus they don't rip apart right away! I've also found great storage solutions here for $10 or under, where they'd cost double or more elsewhere. I definitely recommend coming here as one of your first stops when looking for something new for the house! read more

I love Home Goods. I can visit this store everyday. Yes, EVERYday. There is always a good find to be bought! Now, I had reviewed Kirkland's a couple of days ago and had wrote something about frivolously spending my money there. I take that back. Home Goods IS the place to frivolously spend my money. There are two locations that I visit. This one, which is a hop, skip, and a short car ride away from my in-laws. While they graciously take care of baby, I zoom on over here to browse their aisles to spruce up my house. The second location is near both my place of work and home. Considering the two, I think I like the one in La Canada a bit better than this one in Glendora. But don't get me wrong, I won't snub the Glendora location. You can catch me there on any given Sunday afternoon. Today, I found two great finds: a very pretty lamp shade and a very pretty keepsake/jewelry box. They were both in great condition and reasonably priced. One thing I do notice about Home Goods is if you find something you like, get it! Or it will be gone by the time you shop at HG again. I will definitely be back. Maybe next Sunday or tomorrow...to the La Canada one, that is. Maybe I should write a review on why I like the La Canada better! ;) Another reviewer remarked on their parking. They have a nice, big lot. Never had a hard time finding a parking space. Also, I have received good customer service during the times I have been there. read more

This is our local HomeGoods whose lot is never full, plenty to choose from and I don't mind perusing every time I'm around. The kitchen selection is pretty impressive and there's some good furniture pieces every once in a while. If I was an interior decorator on a budget, oh the ideas I could conjure up. read more

Was recently introduced to this place to shop for home furnishing and decor. it way exceeds my expectations since price is very reasonable and they carry good quality products. Carpets are overall cheaper than other carpet stores. i bought many items with good bargains for my new home. Got a table lamp thats about the same price as what you would get at IKEA, but at much better looks and quality. the products just look elegant and not flimsy. customer services was just so so though and therefore not 5 stars. but oh well, i dont go there for customer service, i can look past that since the furnishing was awesome! would definitely shop there again. read more

Like coming to Home Goods in any city, you never know what you are going to find. Great for those small items you need to decorate house, pillows, vases, dishes, lamps, etc. read more

Came while in town today. Store has a lot of inventory but not organized. Felt like I was in a toy store the day before Christmas. The place was a mess. The cashier could not count charge back and it was obvious that they did not have adequate training. Manager was called to the front twice. Took more than 5 mins to come resolve the problem. What a disaster. read more

I love Home Goods.... the name says it all. They truly have all kinds of goods for your home. They have all kinds of products from different taste to style. They even have wonderful service. Every time an employee passed by me, they would greed me, or ask me if i'm finding everything. Yes, I am! thank you for that. :) The only thing and complaint... they have a little toooo much. It's over packed on the shelves. Certain shelves had so much, I was afraid to touch anything to drop the items next to it. They were practically touching each other. Actually, most items were touching each other. Some things were on top of each other. Just too much, overwhelming, and made it difficult to find certain stuff. read more

Just stocked up for three of our newest listings at the Glendora HomeGoods... I have to tell you this store is the BEST of all... The managers are so friendly & helpful, they carry everything out to our truck...Great great customer service! Nothing like the Seal Beach store! Glendora is the best in customer service! read more

Not a very friendly store! Been to other Home Goods and have had outstanding customer service. Glendora, not a chance! Won't be back!

I like this location because it's not messy like other stores. The stuff they bring is nice. I just don't like when I find an item and it's chipped or damaged and I think the store has to give extra mark down to those items. This location is highly recommended. read more

This location gets mad props simply because they carried coke bottles that had both my boyfriend's name and my name. Seriously. Too cool! I love Home Goods because you can get some really good deals on nice platters and cookware. I actually bought candles here since they were super discounted, but I need to go back and look at bedding. The place is a bit of a mess, but, worth going to if you don't want to pay full price for expensive items such as kitchen equipment and furniture. The staff was very busy when I came in, but they were helpful nevertheless. read more

NOT OFTEN DO YOU MEET AN ANDREW IN LIFE! A senior in high school, with a pleasant attitude and manners. He is the young man that goes very far in life, and as I found out is planning on attending USC! It was a pleasure to meet Andrew! All the best to this young man who made my experience at Home Goods that much better! Thank you Andrew! read more

It ain't perfect - and they treat their staff terribly (a family member worked here) however, from a customer point of view, I LOVE THIS STORE, especially this location read more

If you shop at Marshalls and always find yourself at the home-wares, hoping for more aisles, this store is for you! Even though I know where everything is, I love to stop by and try to find seasonal and random things. I've found irresistible coffee mugs, tea cups, loose tea, kitchen essentials, doggy treats and beds, and various home decor. Check it out, find yourself a good deal on something that you've been wanting for the "crib", and come back some time later to see what's changed. read more

Overall, this is a nice store for seasonal items. The only thing is that they could make it a point to always have the shelves stocked with goodies, most of the time when I stop in, it seems like they're going out of business or something, but other than that they items they do have are always up to par. read more

Luv this place for seasonal items and some of my fav baking supplies.

This place is dirty and trashed. I just watched an employee (blonde short hair and glasses) kick a piece of trash while she else's walking and didn't pick it up. Everything is out of place, and there is trash all over the floors and in the shopping carts. I left immediately and walked across the lot to Kohl's. Aaaah, it is nice in here read more

This is one of the more interesting Home Goods stores locally. During spring and summer, they've got a great collection of plant pots-- colorful Talaveras that are rare finds. From linens, decorative pillows, kitchen spices, coffee, pots, bath junk, towels, assorted plate sets, it's a browser's delight. Great place to do gift shopping. You can find bargains. Customers push their filled carts all happy; so happy that I wonder if they got bussed in from the town of Stepford! Mostly ladies shop here, but real men sometimes inadvertently wander in. Probably looking for their Mom! read more

This is one of my favorite stores. There is a rather large turnover of personnel so I am not basing my review on help from the staff. But I love the eclectic inventory and the fact you can find one of a kind items here. I have bought a number of items here and never returned any. It's always interesting to see what they have and any given week that can change a lot. read more

This location does not close at 10:00 pm. When I told the employee that I drove 15 miles just to come here at 9:30 pm, she just said they close at 9:30 pm and that was that. Very unfriendly and uncaring. read more

My favorite store. Can't leave without finding something special Friendly staff Great prices.

Employees at this location are incompetent. They need a better system when customers ask them to place an item on hold. I asked them to place an item on hold for me so that my husband and I could come pick it up later and when I returned an hour later they sold it to a person that claimed they were me. The employees didn't seem to care and neither did the manager. Their response was "we can't do anything about it." Um how about training your employees better or having a better system in place or better yet how about not placing items on hold period to avoid any future mistakes. read more

My mom & I went to home goods tonight in Glendora store..Erin and Amy were absolutely phenomenal. So gracious, kind, happy and helpful. There parents should be proud of them. Service was A+!! This is our mom and daughter happy shopping place ...love all the merchandise they carry read more

I love just getting lost in this store. I collect teacups and tea pots and I always find something pretty and delicate. They have the best platters for any festive event. It is easy to ignore the employees as they have no personality. The merchandise in the store out shines everything else, read more

This is a great location it's got tons of parking. I always seem to find something in here, today we ended up finding a killer chair and a entry table. The entry table had a blemish on the corner that we wanted. The sales staff try to locate another entry table for us but they didn't have one. The manager ended up giving us a 10% discount and touched it up for us and you can never tell now. Left feeling happy and taken care of. read more

Make sure you check the prices. Picked up nesting boxes and were all inside each other. Looked like a set. When I went to the from I found out they were all sold separately. No way of know and didn't think I needed to pull each item out individually. I also bought another item that had no price on it. So they grabbed another item that was bigger and and not even similar and charged me that price. I wouldn't have even purchased it if it wasn't the last one. I then get told we also sell book ends do you expect to buy the set? Um if they are packaged together then yes. Stupid comparison. read more

I love coming here to buy artisan food and also for furniture deals! Customer service can be rude depending on who you get. One of the male associates is especially unhelpful and was rude to me regarding an item without a price tag. He explained that I "should know" the price based off of a serial code on the back of an item. Umm...How was I supposed to know this? Also a different associate quoted me a different price ($10 cheaper) and now I have to pay more since I was "supposed to know" how much it was based off of the serial code? Smh. Won't come again if that dude is at the registers. read more

The workers here are friendly overall. Recently my mom and I bought a bar cart, a mirror, and a picture. They were nice enough to offer to help carry it to the car. While putting the cart in the car one worker punctured the fabric above the door. He didn't really say anything when my mom just said "oh, that's sad!" Totally understand accidents happen and they were helping us, but I'm sure a simple sorry would have made her feel less disappointed. That was my only negative experience customer service wise. Generally they are helpful when you have questions so they still earn four stars. Went in again the other day and they girl behind the counter helped me pull apart two baskets that had stuck together and gave me a bag so it wouldn't attach anything. They usually have a large selection and inventory moves very fast. If you like something pick it up and if you don't come back soon because they'll be new stuff. read more

The line here is always long and although the store is so organized, no matter what time I come or what day it seems like I wait at least 10 minutes in line. Sometimes they will even will put three lights on but then only 2 people wait. read more

Love Home Goods!! Always go there for something and come out with a dozen other things. Prices are decent, returns are a breeze.

Parking lot is extremely quiet and calm compared to the rest of this shopping plaza, so that's good. Customer service is fairly decent, lots of smiling faces and people asking if you need help. Aisles are a little disorganized but nothing too bad. This is a typical HomeGoods. If you like something don't come back for it in a week, it will be gone. Heck, it will probably be gone by the end of the day. Love stocking up on seasonal items for cheap here too. read more

I'm a fan. There are few times that I walk out of the store without a purchase. Seasonal items, furniture, lamps, rugs, frames, specialty food items, cookware, bakeware, barware. Interesting items at a good price. Glendora store is my favorite. I don't like the Pasadena store nor the Flintridge store. read more

The one star is for the HORRIBLE "manager" I had an encounter with about a month ago. I found a wood piece of furniture that I was interested in, however, it had a HUGE scratch in a very visible place. I asked the cashier if they would consider giving a discount on the piece since it was so terribly scratched. She called her manager, who was the kind of person you literally feel bad for upon first impression, because according to the scowl on her face, there must be something terribly unsatisfying about her life. She made absolutely ZERO eye contact with me, a paying (regular) customer. And instead of saying yes or no to my request, she directed the cashier to use a furniture pen to attempt to correct the scratch. And no, she did not ask me if this was okay, even though I had plans to buy this piece. First off, I'm confused as to why you attempted to modify (not fix) the blemish as though it was going to give me an undamaged piece of wood. Especially because the single colored furniture marker you had her use was NOWHERE close to matching the color of the piece. It looked so terrible. In case you didn't know how a furniture marker works, it only colors in the color contrast of a wood scratch, it doesn't remove the scratch. When I asked the cashier to please not color in anymore of the scratch, and simply sell the piece to me as is, the manager finally made eye contact with me and snapped back saying "all of our items are sold as is". Really Home Goods??? Is that how your company works? You sell damaged goods? So strange, because I normally see these items in your clearance section. Also makes ZERO sense to me from a sales perspective. You'd think it would benefit the company more to get rid of their damaged pieces at a (smaller) discounted price, rather than have a damaged item sit on their shelf forever or until it gets marked down 75% to make a sale. read more

I found a dog treat container here it was $6, I found the same container (but a smaller size) at another store it was $13, so I got the Large size for a steal at $6... They had a lot of stuff here, the items were well organized, the line moved at a good speed, and there is ample parking. read more
