This store has some great high-end items that are hard to get anywhere here on the Eastern Shore, such as Staub enameled ironware, European knives (Wusthoff, etc.), and other high-end items. But they also have a lot of less expensive items, such as the classic Revere Ware pots, reasonably priced non-stick porcelin pans, and silicone cooking tools. If you are looking for a place to find something for a bridal shower, you WILL be able to find something here, and it will be appreciated. No, I have no relationship to the store, but a strong knowledge of the needs of the serious cook or commercial kitchen. This is the place to go around here to see and buy what you need, and to find that wonderful gadget that saves you time. It's not as big as typical Sur la Table or Williams Sonoma stores, or a commercial source like J.B. Prince in NYC, but it has a high percentage of the types of items you would find in such places.

I contacted their customer service and they immediately sent out a new box. All the new ones were intact, no breaks. It must be very hard to ship glass without some getting broken. Their customer service was fast, professional, and very friendly! Great to work with, all done by email. The glasses themselves are a good size, nice heavy pressed glass with a hobnail decoration in rows that looks both modern and kind of vintage. I'm glad I bought them. I'm still really pleased with how good their custom service was.

The chocolate was SO good, and the candle and soap both smell amazing. Thanks to the staff, I learned that the candles help young moms in Chicago, the soaps help children go to school in India, and the chocolate helps small farmers across South America. I love that everything comes with a story of hope and helping someone. I will absolutely be going back soon to buy some gifts for my loved ones!! And maybe more chocolate for myself ;)
