Welp now I'm shopping (window shopping) for my apartment ( that I don't have yet) and this is the FIRST place I'm coming. IKEA ain't got nothing on this place. Their furniture is modern and fun and was giving me serious #apartmentgoals vibes. Everything was vibrant, yet sophisticated. I will definitely be coming back for some of the cute pieces I saw. Furniture seems to be of good quality as well. Service was friendly! I'll be back soon enough (gotta' come before Sallie Mae gets to my money first)!

The prices are very fair. They offer a huge discount over buying similar new high quality furniture. However that being said the prices here are not your typical consignment store prices. This place offers only the cream of the crop for sale. Well curated collection. This is not your typical busted type of Goodwill thrift store. There is parking in front of the store but it is a bit tight. They have a restroom for patrons. The staff is always very friendly and cordial. Cornerstone Antiques and Consignment is a great place to shop for furniture and home accessories. I very much recommend this place.

There was a great selection of well-curated pieces, including artwork, and I met the owner, Kathleen. We hit it off, and I also decided to take advantage of her design expertise to help with my setting up my new home. She's fantastic! Friendly, warm and knowledgeable, Kathleen has been a tremendous help in updating the house, finding vendors, ordering furniture, and making design decisions. The best part of this would-be shopping trip was learning that TPYC can take your idea and design around it for less than traditionally found in the big brand heavy-hitters. Definitely a nice touch but a semi-useless feature without attentive staff to help get those creative juices flowing. Shoppers come to brick-and-mortar establishments to get advice from field experts who have had much more experience in card design than your average member of the public. This we definitely did not find at TPYC and, after an hour of poking around albums, the dream team left with little to show for their efforts.

The owner is absolutely wonderful, and she has connections to all the best local pickers, and then some. Everything I've ever bought from her (yow, I've probably given her several hundred dollars at this point, I think) is high quality, and it's made to last. There are three stories of furniture, fixtures, decorations and so on. She does take credit card (no minimum), and if you want, she can try and find specific items for you. The prices are great, for the most part, and the higher prices are justifiable, in my opinion. She will negotiate somewhat, but for the most part, her prices are firm. All of her prices are reasonable. She regularly has sales and discounts on various items. There's a parking lot next to her building, so it's easy to get in and park, but it's on the busy part of York Road with some of your view blocked on the way out - so it's an adventure leaving. The shop is directly across the street from Andy Nelson's BBQ (also a fantastic place to visit). I don't recall the specific hours, but it's not open on Monday. Everything there was either beautiful but wayyy too pricy or really cheap. I've been there before and had better luck but yesterday was not great. So we decided to drive north using the GPS and searching for places along the way and this one popped up. We found the owner to be very helpful, and great to talk to. We both liked her selection a lot. It's certainly not the size of second chance (~1700 sq ft of floor space I would guess), but you can tell she puts effort into bringing good quality pieces into the store. I found the prices to be very reasonable, too. We purchased a handmade hanging cabinet with a glass door for $120 and a French style handmade metal pot rack for $120. There's a good parking lot out back, making it a nice, low stress trip even on a busy Saturday.
