I did this two more times before I finally contacted this store by phone. I was told by the "fulfillment" manager who gave me some long winded excuses essentially saying that it was not actually in stock, but had to be built by a different company. I was offered no compensation for taking four or more mornings waiting for something that was not actually in stock. I canceled and found the exact same mower at Home Depot. They delivered it the very next morning. Go with Home Depot. I just moved into my house and was doing most of my home improvement shopping at Lowe's. Not anymore.
