From the moment we started shopping for a dishwasher, Conner went completely above and beyond to make sure we saw every available option. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right fit -- never pushy, just truly helpful. What really blew us away came after the purchase. When it was discovered that we didn't have the proper electrical plug for our new dishwasher, Conner and the entire Jarrell team didn't hesitate for a second. They came out of pocket to dispatch another installer the very same day to make sure everything was completed properly. That kind of commitment to customer satisfaction is almost unheard of these days. I picked up a couple of tanks, and she told me that they were out of propane, and to call the next day at 8am. I called at 8:05 am the next day, and was advised that they had propane. I showed up ten minutes later, and after waiting 45 minutes in line in 39 degree weather to fill up my tanks, I was a happy camper. I had good conversation with some of the other customers. The gentleman filling the tanks was very friendly, and didn't seem bother by the line that continued to grow. I am grateful for TSC and their staff for providing a much needed service!

Best of all, the kid likes to go with me so she can play with the chickens. That feature compensates for higher prices right there. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the last few times I have been there, the price for an item at the cash register is higher than the shelf price. It is usually only a $1 difference or so, but it is annoying. You think you are getting one price but it turns out it is different. They need to coordinate shelf prices with prices in their database. Other than that, I am a big fan of Rooster and will continue to buy stuff here.
