This expensive arrangement looked nothing like the one I had ordered. The arrangement needed some adjustments (to actually look like the one I had ordered) and I would have been more than satisfied to keep it. If not, I would have been better off buying flowers from Kroger and making my own. I was going to be giving it to my mother that evening at her birthday dinner, so I wanted it to be extra special. It was the owner's attitude that blew it for me. It really caught me off guard. I truly hope she was having a bad day and unaware and she was taking it out on everyone around her.
