This year 2021, the beauty came to an unexpected halt less than a week after delivery. "2020, I thought you were gone", but noooo you're here in 2021 trying to ruin my Valentine's Day. My beautiful bouquet was dry, brittle, shriveled up, and hanging low less than one week after receiving it. My roses usually last about a month or more. Just as I was about to throw them out after trying desperately to revive them, I noticed the card with the business information listed and called. I spoke with a really nice lady who understood exactly what I was going through and explained what may have caused the flower death.
