This store, however, was a complete wreck. Things in the middle of the aisles, things shelved in wrong sections of the store, employees that don't know where anything is located. I found 3 at a store in Tyler but I live closer to Terrell and wanted my husband to pick which one fit best. I checked online and yes, they had the same 3 chairs in stock. When I arrived with truck and hubby ready to buy, only 1 chair was on the floor. I asked a young man about the others and he said yes, they had them but they had not been opened. I asked him to. He refused unless I guaranteed him I'd buy it--even before trying it! Aggravated, I called the Mesquite store, only 20 more miles down the road, and after talking with 3 people, even though the website said they had the chairs in stock, no one could walk over and tell me for sure the chairs were on the floor! It's not rocket science! What everyone didn't know, I was going to buy 2 chairs. There was a 20% off sale that day. I feel like I wasted an afternoon and gas. Too mad to go back right now.

Please put some attention on the cashiers having family members inside the building who don't work there. There was a man standing near the card only self checkout machine that they were trying to get people to use with his cellphone recording in his hand. The intention is to get pictures of cards to fraudulently use online for purchases. It is sad that this trend has found it's way to dollar stores, I thought it was only fast food places in drive through windows. Someone review the camera footage at this location for today around 1:30-1:45pm.

The store has never looked better…read more I went in on 1/29 to pickup a Doordash delivery and was surprised that I found it pretty quick. I say surprised because normally the store is a mess. I talked with the lady checking me out, Wayla (hope I spelled it right), and she's only been there for 30 days and was able to make the store organized, neat, and an overall very pleasant shopping experience. Hands down the best looking Dollar General I've been to.
