When I arrived at the store, me and several other customers were told, "Oh we ran out of the free items we gave away. We already did this yesterday." All of a sudden someone comes out of nowhere with the free items. The same person who told conflicting information said to come back on Friday at 9am for the next two weeks, and they will have free items again. I wasted my time and went back, and of course no one knew the employee that told us the information and they were claiming they did not have the free items. The promotion was last week. I will NEVER EVER shop at Brookshires again. Clearly they have incompetent people working there, including management, when they don't know what they promoted, what was told to customers in store, who they employ and more.
