Parked in the pro parking as a member should then asked the…read morecashier if she mind getting a forklift driver to get a pallet of concrete for me as 6 cashiers in the pro section weren't doing anything. I went and loaded up 2 carts of materials then proceed to check out and asked if the forklift driver has showed up and nothing. The gentleman that was collecting the carts in the parking lot started to help while all 6 employees still standing around talking no not helping. I watched this poor employee that had no business helping load concrete bags so after 30 min and 4 bags loaded and still no fork lift, I loaded up the bags myself and have no problem loading up the concrete myself as I that it would be easier and more efficient to ask for the forklift as I walked in. I loaded the concrete into my truck as now 5 employees are watching from 10ft away out the big roll up door. This needs to be adressed not that I had to load up my own concrete but that the gentleman that works for this location had disabilities and super nice but shouldnt be required to do this heavy lifting while a couple of other guy employees didn't do anything.

It went out in December of 2025. It was out of extended protection. No issue there. The part, and FULL REPLACEMENT was covered by Samsung. I just needed to provide proof of purchase. Lowes started a program called MYLOWES around 2011, that was supposed to keep ALL purchase history. There was a key fob, or a card that you scan at time of purchase, it saved all purchase history. This was explained to me, and used at the time of purchase. About 4 years ago, they updated their systems, and it no longer goes past 4 years, so I can no longer access my proof of purchase. My bigger issue, is that I have spent countless hours, multiple calls, have been lied to about them fixing my account login credentials, and have spoken to multiple customer service representatives, and ALL. of them have a "sorry about your luck" mentality. The store manager is out, I have asked to speak with a district manager for resolution, or someone that can help, and they FLAT OUT DENY ME SPEAKING with someone. Lowes advertised a program that would track my purchases, forever. Then they changed that. I am out thousands of dollars. That is false advertisement, and it seems that unless I file a small claims suit in court, there is nothing I can do. The fact that ther organization has made it a policy to keep customers from speaking with leaders in the organization who can help and offer ways to support the situation, and they keep everything in the customer service center is lunacy. They tell you tough luck, and close your issue out, and have absolutely ZERO concern for customer service. My refrigerator has been not functional for 2 months.
