There was a very helpful lady by the name of Joyce(?) who was extremely helpful in giving me ideas for my project and when she wasn't busy helping me, she was helping anyone else who happened to wandering around looking lost. Night & day difference for the non-existant customer service I encountered at the Oak Lawn Home Depot a few weeks ago where they will actually go run & hide if a customer is requesting help! (I kid you not). I even had my little Yorkie with me and no one had any issues with me carrying my dog into a hardware store. I love this place!

This place is beautiful, fully stocked and filled with staff at your service . The variety of home items are extensive with a selection across all budgets. Unfortunately, near Clements there are only 1 way road to get in and out of Costco. I went during opening day at around 3:00pm when everyone is out of school. Gas stations, they have 4 pumps down and I was able to get gas really quickly even though I went during prime time. Inside is really nice, they will not have the items they want to get rid of yet since it is still new, but they have a lot of stuff I never seen and I went really crazy over buying snacks and ice cream. There were a lot of samples there too. Drinks I could not find them at other Costcos. The food court is nice as well. They have a lot of stuff there and I spent an hour looking around and having fun. Hard part was figuring out what to get rid of and not to buy. It was a good experience.

The only defensive I can say for them is they have a lot of stuff- to the point they really need more space to organize it all. But the floors are usually sticky and the check-stands are usually so cluttered they cannot see customers or be seen by them-- aside from the fact they can't see-or ignore, the people walking out of the store without paying for merchandise! This place is lacking in many areas and I'm not sure how they are still open. TWO blocks away, ON THE SAME STREET, there is another Dollar General that recently opened that is bigger, much more organized, and much cleaner, with more parking. This is a no brainer... Same company, different franchise owner, and a much better location.
