They listened to my needs and thoroughly explained the process. After I made my optional decisions they arrived for the scheduled install....on time.... Did I mention that they were on time? Used Brad for a pretty difficult job at church (at least difficult in our eyes cause we couldn't get it figured out). TV's in multiple rooms, projector and they all had to work seamlessly. Lisa and Brad the type of business people I wish I could locate on YELP all the time. I hire them to ​mount my tv to the wall and hide the wiring. I had previously paid a person from Hellotech.com to do the same job earlier in the week but his experience​ and knowledge were​​ not up to the same high standards of the Brad and Lisa'​s company. Brad and his wife came by and ran some HDMI and Cat 6 cables from the back of my house to the front office (behind the walls), and hung my flat screen tv. Brad is very knowledgeable about all things A/V and offered a variety of ways we could have completed my project. Brad under quoted my project, and wile they ran over time by 2 hours, they only charged me for the time they quoted. They cleaned up after themselves and offered support on any questions I may have after the install. Brad and Lisa came out the same day I called to install my in-celing speakers. They took the time to put down tarps to not make a mess and cleaned everything up during the job. They made sure that the install went smoothly and even helped dial in my receiver to make my new speakers sound great. I really enjoyed talking with them during the install and we discussed upgrading my system as it made sense, but there was no hard sell just education. Good, honest, knowledgeable, and hard working audio/video installers! I searched high and low in the East Bay and got a few bids for my home theater wiring job. Checked 3 other companies and all seemed overpriced with "per hour" estimates and salesman mentality. Brad and Lisa came by and spent more than an hour brainstorming with me on how they'd hide my wires with minimal impact to my home. The next day, they offered their estimate as an absolute maximum with the possibility of charging less if the job took less time. On installation day, they showed up on time and prepared for the job. Taking their time to do things correctly, the day seemingly got away from them and the job was not completed before dark. In addition to this, there was a problem with one of the baseboards splitting and it needed to be repaired. Considering these items, you may wonder why I still rate them 5 stars... Well, in my book, honesty, fairness, and quality of work trump timeliness. They came back another day and re-did some of the work to make the wiring even more transparent and professional looking. As they promised, there were no charges for the extra work that was admittedly beyond what we originally discussed. Do your due diligence and talk to the others first. Then call Brad and Lisa for their honest assessment and estimate of the work to be done. Compare your bids and go with who you trust. For me, it was Home Audio/Video. read more

This is the fourth time Brad and Lisa have installed TV's at our home in the last 3 years, and I can honestly say that it has been quite a pleasure, honor and a relief doing business with them. I say this because of the overall shift in quality of work over the last few decades by many contractors from various trades from what used to be reliable, dependable and honest work; to lack of effective communication and punctuality, inconsistency, unreliability, bait and switch tactics and trying to get the job done as quickly as possible before going to the next appointment or customer. When Brad and Lisa schedule an appointment, they leave ample room for any positive deviations in job completion time under the good old fashioned and proven customer service formula of 'getting it right', 'working well', and 'customer satisfaction'. Their very first visit consisted of a carefully orchestrated and well planned site inspection of our entire home and our TV systems at the time. After also going over our priorities and budget, Brad and Lisa gave us their recommendations and estimates for each of our TVs, and recommended milestones for each of the jobs. The first job consisted of replacing our living room/dining room TV and sound system. The second consisted of replacing our master bedroom wall mounted TV and mount, with a new TV and mount. The third consisted of installing a wall mounted TV in our daughter's bedroom. And today's consisted of installing a wall mounted TV in our son's bedroom. "Wow dad!" is what my son said when he saw his TV this morning. Wireless satellite TV box discretely secured behind the TV, surge protector also installed discretely behind the TV, no wires or cables hanging or visible and a clean wall. Brad installed speakers, volume controls, etc. at our house. It turned out to be tricky, due to the location of the wires that someone else had run. Brad also has a strong construction background, which I think turned out being a requirement for this job, to route the speakers to the correct place. I hadn't thought about this before hiring someone for speaker installation, but now realize how important construction knowledge is for home audio installation. Brad made sure we were happy with the installation - or more importantly, he wanted to make sure he was happy with the installation, which meant we were happy, too. I have been going round and round to see if I was going to give a review as I am not a fan of giving bad reviews because I believe everyone has a bad day. But every time the sound goes off or there is an issue with sound I get more upset. We just purchased a house and the 2 most important things to me were surround sound and my yard. Yard came out awesome The surround sound not so much. If I could give them 0 stars I would as nothing was good about this job. Our tv was not mounted in the center above our fireplace when done. They did ask if they could fix at end of day but I had honestly enough of them and said no because I honestly had no confidence in their work. The mount I got was one that can move all around and you can also turn tv. So later that night I go to watch and turn the tv for a better view and there was no picture. I look behind tv and HDMI cable had broken because they did not give any leeway for the cable to move. To me those 2 mistakes alone are unacceptable of your job is surround sound. So they came next day to rerun the HDMI cable that broke. When they were done they did not clean up after themselves and I had to organize the cabling. They were also late on the day that they were going to complete the work and they said they had to go to store and get something. They had 2 weeks prior to that day to pick it up. Again I did not want to write a negative review as they are a smaller company. Honestly I had a lot of work done on my house by many people and this was by far the worst job and I will say I am still upset to this day. The job was done July 14th of this year. I would not recommend these 2 to anyone. I could have done a better job than both of them. read more

Lisa and Brad are what every company should be. When we moved into our new home that was just built it didn't have a line for cable or internet modem in the rooms and the Cable/Internet Company refused to drop the lines from the attic (no crawl space). Since I work at home I could not move in until this was done as I have to connect my VOI phone directly into a modem. Lisa and Brad showed up within 2 days, gave a very, very reasonable bid and took care of dropping the line and getting me up and running within a couple hours. They were very clean, didn't cut corners, they were just as concerned about this looking like it was always there and not an eye soar as I was. I'm thankful they did it and Not the internet company because in my past experience with those companies they don't do near the nice job Brad and Lisa did for me. Have had chronic problems with Universal remote using RF. Brad diagnosed the problem and solved it by snaking the RF receiver wire through the wall to a better location, upgrading the RF receiver to one with narrower band. Now works perfectly! Several other services had tried to repair this and failed. Thorough job of reprogramming the remote. Very knowledgeable, reasonable rates, and accessible by phone for questions.
