The food was amazing, and the quiche was hands down the best we had anywhere around the world. We were waited on by the friendliest server who made us feel so welcome and ensured we had everything we needed. By the way, this Japanese - Lebanese couple just released a fabulous, beautiful cookbook (Mokonuts, Phaidon Press)... and it tells the story better than I can here. We spoke to a lady who was American but moved to Paris years ago. She recommended the chocolate hazelnut which changed her life.
