So we did a fat kid thing today and walked from Disney Paris to the subway after a long day and took the subway back to the exit which was closest to this location. Boy that was a mistake as the music festival was going on and they locked the mall so we couldn't get out and this old man and his kid were like don't go outside it's dangerous. It was like a zombie movie. We finally had to walk underground through the parking structure to get out to which we then hit over a million people partying. We fought our way for the half mile till we got to the gelato place called Glade Bachir. We stood in line which was very long and was greeted by an employee who offered a sample while we stood in line. He gave me the special which is vanilla with pistachios. It was delicious. So my wife and I ordered the largest size they had which was 4 scoops for 13.50 euros. The gelato was stretchy and creamy and delicious. Not overly sweet. Apparently my wife informed me later this was like Lebanese gelato. It was delicious either way and the way they made it was awesome as they put a scoop of vanilla then pistachio to each layer. Then the last outer layer just lathered in pistachio and smushed. It was delicious. I'd come back.
As a pistachio lover, this place looks like it was made in my dreams. The ambience of the restaurant and the quickness of the staff was fantastic. We came in the evening after dinner and there was a super long line winding outside of the store however, the employees came by throughout the line and took orders and gave samples. This made the line go a little faster, but it was worth the wait. Once we got up to the counter they began prepping our orders. I got a small vanilla cone with their signature pistachio outside and it was fantastic. Every bite was pistachiliscous and I couldn't get enough. I definitely recommend if you're in the area and love pistachios.
While visiting The Centre Pompidou, I came across Glace Bachir nearby and decided to try Lebanese ice cream for the first time, even though it was rainy and cold. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, offering free samples since we seemed curious. We ordered a medium-sized cone, which was surprisingly generous--equivalent to two or three scoops, perfect for sharing between two people. We chose their specialty: orange blossom-flavored ice cream topped with crushed pistachios. It was absolutely delicious, with a chewy, melt-resistant texture reminiscent of Turkish ice cream. The flavor was rich and unforgettable, making me wish we had something like this in the U.S. If you're in the area and looking for a sweet treat, I highly recommend Glace Bachir!

The milk ice cream was quite bland, lacking strong flavor. The sample tasted much better than a whole cone of it. We also tried the rose flavor, which was slightly better, but still not worth the price. On the upside, the line moved quickly. Staff came around offering samples of their famous flavors as you waited, and the whole system was efficient. The staff was friendly, but it was very crowded inside.
Yum!!! A unique ice cream you should try while visiting. It's a slightly stretchy texture and melts much slower. I loved it. I had the traditional flavor, a slightly vanilla and orange with the pistachios on top! It was perfect. If you have been eating treats all over Paris.. get the small, it's plenty! The staff was very friendly and spoke English well so I could ask questions. Grab your ice cream and find a spot on the bench outside.. but watch out for the pigeons! lol.

Is it the best ice cream I had in Paris? Now that I think about it, probably. Overall, Glace Bachir is a great spot to stop for not just Lebanese ice cream, but ice cream in general. The staff here was super friendly to the kids in front of me, quick to move the line, and the product was wonderful to go with it. Hungry? Want ice cream? Glace Bachir will take care of you.
Okay so I went to the one in Montmartre and I'm reviewing here since they don't have their own yelp page! So good. The milk flavor with pistachio? TO DIE FOR. There's nothing like it here at home. Simple as that, I wish I had the stomach to try all the flavors (especially that rose petal. I'm crying.) Service was speedy and it was nice and clean inside. :)

The ice cream was creamy and rich, and the pistachio topping was the perfect complement--so flavorful! It did melt pretty quickly, but that didn't take away from how delicious it was. Glace Bachir serves delicious ice cream, and they definitely don't skimp out on pistachios (the pistachio topping is extra unless you order the Achta/speciality ice cream)! Although they were busy, they offered everyone samples of different ice cream flavors while waiting in line. Their ice cream is on the pricier side, but definitely worth it!

Turns out, that was around 7:45 on a Wednesday evening. There was a small line but it moves so quickly because they are so efficient there. First, they'll bring you a menu in line and even give you a sample. Then they'll take your order (also online, where you also pay). Then you wait until you get to the counter where you give them your ticket, and they scoop it right in front of you. If you get the pistachios, be sure to get your camera ready because they really load it up and it's a sight to see. Hubby and I shared the achta, which we were told is the best part of the milk, rolled in pistachio. I don't even know what the "best part of the milk" means but the ice cream was so creamy and smooth. I only wish we did just wait in line the previous days because we went on our last evening, so we didn't get to have it again.
This place was such a fun experience! A local recommended this as a must-see in this arrondissement. The line may look long, but staffers bring you samples in line, take your order, and check you out ahead of time (it's not a scam). The ice cream has a lighter, more whipped consistency than American ice cream. We chose a Neapolitan variety of flavors. The pistachios make for a nice texture variation.
If you're a pistachio fan, this one is for you! Stretchy, milky ice cream COMPLETELY covered with pistachios. Every bite is nutty and crunchy. I loved their signature milk flavor the best but the chocolate one is not bad as well. read more

Thick creamy frozen dessert like no other for sure. The line moves along at a decent pace but I didn't find the servers to be overwhelmingly friendly. You get a sample if it is your first time but we had some questions about the options and the guy just sort of pushed us along even though we asked them in French. The area around the shops is fun to walk along in the evening as it runs along the Centre Pompidou. Me personally I felt the pistachios were kind of overkill and made it too difficult to really appreciate the taste of the ice cream. I think next time I would get it without. The ice cream was good though and a little goes a long way so a small is plenty adequate. read more

I found out about this place through Instagram and fortunately the ice cream tasted as good as it looked online. The line moved really quickly, and they give you samples and let you pay while on line, which is super efficient. Orange blossom cone with pistachios was perfect! read more

If you're new in Paris, why not give it a try. The consistency of the ice cream is stretchy and smooth. They're known for achta so we got that and paired it with something else. It's not too sweet but enough to satisfy a craving. The pistachios were my favorite part, adds nice texture. Service is fast and attentive and they're happy enough to explain the menu and give suggestions. Ambiance is the street life, not much of a restaurant where you can sit. It's a bar, you get your ice cream and go walking the streets. read more
We randomly ran into this place and were not disappointed. When we got there, there was no line however when we exited there was a line being formed for this ice cream. Upon arriving, we were asked what we would like, and they took our order and we were allowed in. We waited less than three minutes to get our order and were very pleased. Me and my friend shared the ice cream and we enjoyed the flavor and the texture. This is definitely one of those spots you have to hit if you're in Paris. read more
I visited this place twice during my time in Paris, and don't let the long line discourage you. The service is excellent and efficient. You place your order on the right side and then enter with your receipt on the left side, where they prepare your order. They even offer samples for you to try before you order, and they're happy to explain the process and provide recommendations, especially if it's your first time. Plus, they're quite generous with the pistachios. While I'm not a big fan of the texture of Lebanese ice cream (it's a bit too elastic for my liking), I found the pistachio and achta (fleur de lait or milk) flavors to be delicious. No seats or tables but there are benches along the street. read more

SO GOOD!!!!!! I just happened to be staying at an Airbnb next to this place & boy was I lucky! The employees here are extremely personable & kind - super knowledgeable of the flavors & the fan favorites! The ice cream has such a unique texture, it's rich but not too rich to the point it's too sweet. I also love the pistachio topping - adds such a fun crunch to the ice cream. I've tried their special flavor, and apricot - both delicious! Can't wait to visit Paris & be back here soon! read more
This was so incredibly delicious I can't wait to visit again just to try it again! I had the special but also added chocolate ice cream. If I could do it all over again I would just get the classic. This ice cream was the best thing I consumed in Paris! The orange blossom ice cream complemented the pistachios so well! So delicious! Also, get the small size! we got a small and it was HUGE!!!! I can't image getting a bigger size ice cream haha! Also the service was amazing. The worker who scooped our ice cream saw me taking videos of the ice cream and he asked if I wanted to take a picture while he sprinkled the pistachios on the ice cream! read more
One of the best desserts I've had in Paris. Now anyone that knows me knows I LOVE PISTACHIO so this place was a dream come true. Happened to come across this establishment while doing a quick dessert search online. When we got there of course there was a line but it moved quickly. Workers were very fun and enthusiastic. They told us all about the ice cream, how the ordering process worked, and recommended their favorite flavors. I settled on pistachio flavored ice cream with a sugar cone waffle all rolled in crushed pistachios topped with whipped cream. Ahhhhhmazing! I will say that the whipped cream was good but became too much after a few bites so I wiped off the rest and started in my ice cream. The ice cream was creamy, cold, and sweet but not too sweet or creamy. Crushed Pistachios gave the ice cream and extra crunch with each bite. 5 stars*** I would highly recommend stopping here if you're in the area. read more
Came here right when we landed in Paris. I've heard so many good things about this place from friends. Glad that I got to try this place. I got 3 flavors; Rose, apricot, pistachio, and coated them with crushed pistachio (which I can do without). Out of the 3, I would say my favorite was apricot. Don't get me wrong, all 3 were good but apricot was my favorite due to it's subtle fragrance. The first bite into the ice cream, my reaction was WOWWWW! DELICIOUS! Crushed pistachio and ice cream balanced well together. Ice cream was very creamy and not too sweet with the crunch of the pistachio nuts. After a few more bites, it got pretty tiring to keep having to chew on them. Next time that I come back, I will definitely come here and get to get ice cream but without the crushed nuts. read more

My first time at Glacé Bachir and I was pretty happy with my experience! Unique ice cream, I got the speciality which is their milk flavor (7.5/10). I liked the texture of their ice cream and the pistachios complement it well. Not the biggest fan of pistachios, yet I still really liked their ice cream. Highly recommend getting the small size because the small was a lot even for two people. I recommend stopping by for a unique dessert place in Paris! There will most likely be a line though. read more

I've never had Lebanese ice cream and wanted to check out this place while I was in Paris. Don't be deterred by the long line, they are so efficient here. Never have I ever been to such an efficient ice cream shop in the world, I'm serious. When I joined the line, there was an employee who handed me a menu. The employee gave recommendations and offered samples. Then, you taste the samples and decide. Next, you order and pay all on the line. By the time you get the counter, you hand the ticket to the employee and they make the ice cream. If they offer cream, take it! You get a generous dollop of cream and extra pistachios on top. The staff were so friendly and genuinely enjoyed working there. I ordered the orange blossom ice cream cone. The ice cream was so fragrant and it's covered in so many pistachios. It was the best ice cream I've ever had, even better than Turkish ice cream. The small is huge and it was more than enough. I would definitely come back! read more

Dommageee comme superfan des pistaches j'avais envie de manger cette glace depuis longtemps. Peut-être que ces goûts sont simplement pas alignés avec les miens mais je trouvais le spécial un peu gras je sais pas si c'était la saveur ou le lait ou j'sais pas... J'ai besoin d'essayer d'autres glaces libanaises pour savoir si c'est moi ou la glace ... dans tous cas j'ai profité de pouvoir manger tant de pistaches read more
Glace Bachir is known for their organic Lebanese style ice cream and we had to try it while visiting Paris! They have creamy flavors and serve their ice cream in three sizes. We ordered a size small and it was massive still! You can get your ice cream coated with pistachios. The staff are nice while you wait in line and they asked if it was our first time visiting. We tried their specialty flavor and then they explained the process of how to order. The ice cream was really tasty and a great snack while walking around Paris! read more

Ice cream here is so so good - the texture is thick and pulls/ bends unlike other ice cream! It's not too sweet and has great flavor. I tried several different flavors and ended up choosing Pistachio, Almond and Fleur de Lait (The Best of Milk) - these flavors tasted so good together. Definitely stop by here! read more
It made me so happy to see the glacier take my ice cream cone, dunk it in a tub full of crushed pistachios, and press the crunchy nuts right into the ice cream to form a cone-shaped mass that held together beautifully. And then she topped it all off with whipped cream and even more pistachios before handing it over! The organic Lebanese ice cream at Bachir draws a line for its Instagrammability and for its delicious flavors. No matter what size you get, you can pick as many flavors as you'd like, and I've tried the coffee, pistachio, almond, strawberry, and vanilla, which were all delicious. My favorite flavors were the lighter ones like vanilla, almond, and strawberry, which accentuated the earthy flavors of the nuts. But the best part of the ice cream was the presentation--getting your dessert absolutely covered in pistachios is a must, and the whipped cream halo is the cherry on top! read more
The ice cream was undoubtedly tasty! I had the berry and vanilla scoops and enjoyed every bit. The wafer cone is fresh and crunchy. But I found the staff to be a bit pushy cause they stand with you in line talking about the flavors you want and discussing payment before you even get to the cashier. And when we walked in two of the groups ahead of us asked for samples and were given the flavors they wanted to sample, but when we did the same and asked for a sample, they told us that we had to wait till we got to the front of the line. Also they force the classic flavor on you with the pistachio topping but fail to consider that not everyone likes pistachio and that some people are allergic! These things were tacky and a turn off. read more

OK ice cream. Came here for the first time and got chocolate, strawberry, and coffee with pistachios. Way too many pistachios for me, and imo they didn't complement the flavors. Also didn't like the strawberry flavor which tasted more like artificial flavoring rather than authentic/natural strawberries. read more

Their best-selling ice cream is definitely worth trying. We added a scoop of chocolate and pistachio ice cream as well. read more
