We had a smaller wedding and ordered the bride's bouquet, a jr. bridesmaid's bouquet, the groom's boutonniere, and a few dozen white roses for table decor. They are super well organized and keep track of all orders and notes in their client portal. They base their bouquets on inspiration photos, and you can see what flowers they are planning to use on the portal. Make sure you are vocal about anything you may not like and answer all of their questions in a timely manner to ensure all visions are executed correctly. I recommend you make any needed changes at least two weeks before the event, as they order flowers a few weeks in advance. They were great to work with and delivered our flowers to the venue on time and as planned.

The flowers arrived on time and looking wonderful (I could not stop staring at my bouquet throughout the whole day!), and they made picking out the flowers a breeze even though we were planning from out of state. They knew our venue inside and out and delivered the arrangements on time to certain spots so that they were prominent and right there for us to find. We are so glad we went with Flowers by Jodi for a stress, worry-free experience and beautiful flowers. Book with them!!!

My grandmother passed away on April 26th and prior to her passing, I did extensive research on funeral homes and mortuaries within the valley. I read hundreds of reviews and made many calls and Hansen just felt right. We selected Hansen to be who we would use when the need arose. A few weeks later, my grandmother peacefully slipped away. Her hospice team made contact with Hansen Desert Hills and the process was seamless and professional. Two days after her passing, we went to the Desert Hills location to make arrangements with Cami. Nothing felt pressured or sales-driven, as we had experienced years prior at another funeral home when my grandfather passed away. We had many variables at play, including a burial trust and plans for an out of state interment, and Cami navigated everything perfectly and expertly. We also interacted with Charlii the receptionist during this process and she was wonderful as well. We picked my grandmother's remains up the following week and had a lovely walk through Hansen's memorial garden. It was all very peaceful and again, just felt right. I'm sorry if you have a need for a mortuary, but Hansen took great care of us.

Words truly can't express the compassion they showed or the care they took in making sure our family was okay every step of the way. I am especially thankful for the attentive and heartfelt care from Trish, Cami, Larae, Marcela, and Wendi. Molly, the comfort dog, was also a blessing to have around and gave us the extra comfort we needed during such a difficult time. During one of the hardest times in our lives, they treated us with kindness, dignity, and respect. We will always be grateful.

Other than this resting place, the closest one to San Tan Valley/Queen Creek is in Mesa. I love the green expanse, stretching over 7 acres, and the placement of benches. There are 40 more acres set aside. The trees will eventually grow. And a mausoleum is planned in future years. The entire site just has a feeling of "family" to it. The young lady in the office was very helpful and considerate, well-trained to deal with people in different stages of distress. The prices here are very reasonable compared with what other of my family members have paid in other states. San Tan Memorial Gardens double stacks its graves, so one purchase covers two people. I have two recommendations: I wish the groundspeople would spread grass seed over newly dug graves as it takes a long time for established grass to cover the bare ground. (I noticed a couple of families did that on loved one's gravesites.) And the Gardens' website should show, by the office hours, a statement that the cemetery never closes. (A few friends thought the entire property closed at 3:00, not realizing that was just the office.) Other than that, this is a real jewel for our area.

It's has less of a cemetery feel than a memorial space as they don't allow standing gravestones, just the flat plaques. Right now it's in development but the future plans will include a pond and bigger spread. The staff were so kind and helpful before and during the services, we were thankful for their professional guidance. My emotions are still raw but the peace of this place will soothe them as I come to revisit and reflect.

We too, looked at reviews before choosing. The disheartening thing is the way our viewing was handled. The viewing area is by no means adequate or private. The front desk and employees sat in the same room while we had distressed family members in tears and disbelief that my son was gone. The ladies continued to type on keyboards and move around, it was distracting and it felt, disrespectful. The room had closets open and stretchers viewable, boxes and things stacked around the room. The cover that was placed on my son was tattered and a blue material that was very well used and not appropriate. There was nothing comforting there at all. There were used water bottles on the tables and trash left behind. No music, nothing to mask the smells that went straight to my heart when I was close to my son. Upon returning to get my sons ashes they were brought into this same room again, while another family was viewing and in the center of the room. The lady walked over to a counter behind the decedent and gathered the box of ashes for my daughter and my sons father. The other family was in dismay at this, as was my daughter. She kept apologizing to the family for the intrusion. The room is quite old and there was just absolutely nothing about this experience that I can recommend. It was all very sad. Professionalism at a time like this would have been appreciated. We all left feeling very uneasy and sad that my son was placed in their care. Kristy was very sweet and very helpful and that is my only kind comment. The two woman that typed and texted through our viewing and sadness have no idea how disrespected we felt. I will, we will never forget this. Not recommended.
